O ministro entendeu que a norma &eacute; inconstitucional. A liminar dever&aacute; ser referendada pelo plen&aacute;rio do STF.<\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \tFux julgou um pedido liminar da&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<div> \tConfedera&ccedil;&atilde;o Nacional do Com&eacute;rcio (CNC) para que a norma do Confaz seja considerada ilegal por autorizar a cobran&ccedil;a do ICMS nos Estados de destino das compras feitas pela internet. Segundo a entidade, imposto s&oacute; pode ser cobrado nos Estados de origem dos produtos.<\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \tA regra do Confaz foi aprovada em 2011 por 18 secret&aacute;rios estaduais de Fazenda e definiu que parte do imposto, que j&aacute; era cobrado na origem do produto, passe a ser cobrado tamb&eacute;m no destino.
