{"id":15086,"date":"2025-12-16T12:50:28","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T12:50:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=15086"},"modified":"2025-12-16T12:50:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T12:50:28","slug":"central-de-conteudos-do-cgibs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2025\/12\/16\/central-de-conteudos-do-cgibs\/","title":{"rendered":"Central de Conte\u00fados do CGIBS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Por Alexandre Alcantara<\/p>\n<p>O Comit\u00ea Gestor do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CGIBS) lan\u00e7ou uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgibs.gov.br\/central-de-conteudo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Central de Conte\u00fados<\/strong><\/a> em seu portal oficial, um canal que permite o acesso r\u00e1pido e de forma estruturada \u00e0s publica\u00e7\u00f5es do Comit\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O CGIBS \u00e9 a entidade p\u00fablica de natureza federativa, aut\u00f4noma, colegiada e intergovernamental, respons\u00e1vel pela coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, administra\u00e7\u00e3o e harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (IBS) \u2014 tributo institu\u00eddo pela Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 132, de 2023, no \u00e2mbito da Reforma Tribut\u00e1ria sobre o Consumo.<\/p>\n<p>Composto paritariamente por representantes dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Munic\u00edpios, o CG-IBS assegura a gest\u00e3o cooperativa e integrada do novo tributo, fortalecendo o pacto federativo e promovendo um modelo moderno, eficiente e transparente de administra\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Institu\u00eddo pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 214, de 2025, o Comit\u00ea Gestor possui car\u00e1ter t\u00e9cnico e operacional sob regime especial, com sede e foro no Distrito Federal, dotado de independ\u00eancia t\u00e9cnica, administrativa, or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira.
