Esta etapa do treinamento considera a necessidade dos auditores fiscais em adquirir conhecimento te\u00f3rico e pr\u00e1tico sobre desenvolvimento de auditoria cont\u00e1bil tribut\u00e1ria aplicada \u00e0 Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Cont\u00e1bil Digital, com vistas \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do cr\u00e9dito tribut\u00e1rio, associado \u00e0s fraudes de natureza cont\u00e1bil<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00f3dulo Avan\u00e7ado: Oficina Pr\u00e1tica de Auditoria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: justify;\">O diferencial deste treinamento foi a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma <strong>Oficina Pr\u00e1tica de Auditoria Cont\u00e1bil<\/strong>. Fugindo da teoria abstrata, mergulhamos em simula\u00e7\u00f5es de casos reais de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o focada no exame da ECD e de informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas em diversas fontes externas (hands-on). Neste m\u00f3dulo, os auditores puderam aplicar t\u00e9cnicas de rastreamento de fraudes, cruzamento de dados e verifica\u00e7\u00e3o de base de c\u00e1lculo, tanto sob a \u00f3tica da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente do ISSQN quanto projetando os controles necess\u00e1rios para o futuro IBS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Momento especial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No \u00faltimo dia de treinamento recebemos um belo presente dos auditores fiscais participantes. Uma raridade bibliogr\u00e1fica, a obra em dois volumes, capa dura, e com uma bela dedicat\u00f3ria, do livro &#8220;Fraudes em Contabilidade&#8221;, em sua 4. edi\u00e7\u00e3o, lan\u00e7ada em 1959 pelo &#8220;agente fiscal do imposto de renda&#8221;, o Prof. Oscar Castelo Branco. Uma nova fonte de pesquisa, e que j\u00e1 comecei a ler. Em breve postarei aqui no site alguns situa\u00e7\u00f5es e casos pitorescos narrados pelo autor.
