{"id":14879,"date":"2025-11-14T19:00:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-14T19:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=14879"},"modified":"2025-11-15T00:48:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T00:48:13","slug":"comite-gestor-lanca-cartilha-para-orientar-a-emissao-da-nota-fiscal-eletronica-do-ibs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2025\/11\/14\/comite-gestor-lanca-cartilha-para-orientar-a-emissao-da-nota-fiscal-eletronica-do-ibs\/","title":{"rendered":"Comit\u00ea Gestor lan\u00e7a cartilha para orientar a emiss\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica do IBS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Comit\u00ea Gestor do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CGIBS) lan\u00e7ou, nesta sexta-feira (14), a<a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/cgibs.gov.br\/cartilha-orientativa-para-emissao-da-nf-e-do-ibs-volume-1\">\u00a0<em>Cartilha Orientativa para Emiss\u00e3o da NF-e do IBS \u2013 volume 1<\/em><\/a>, documento t\u00e9cnico fundamental para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do novo sistema de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o consumo no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A publica\u00e7\u00e3o tem por objetivo orientar contribuintes, desenvolvedores de sistemas, profissionais da \u00e1rea cont\u00e1bil e fiscal, al\u00e9m das pr\u00f3prias administra\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias estaduais e municipais, explicando as regras iniciais para a emiss\u00e3o da Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica (NF-e) de forma a possibilitar o funcionamento do modelo de apura\u00e7\u00e3o assistida do IBS, previsto na Lei Complementar n\u00ba 214\/2025 e na Emenda Constitucional n\u00ba 132\/2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00a0<em>Cartilha Orientativa para Emiss\u00e3o da NF-e do IBS<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u2013 volume 1<\/em>\u00a0inaugura uma s\u00e9rie de publica\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas que acompanhar\u00e3o a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o normativa e operacional do IBS, com atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es progressivas \u00e0 medida que novas defini\u00e7\u00f5es forem sendo consolidadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De car\u00e1ter eminentemente t\u00e9cnico e pr\u00e1tico, o material detalha os novos campos, finalidades e eventos dos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos (DF-e) que produzir\u00e3o efeitos diretos na apura\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto, al\u00e9m da emiss\u00e3o de notas fiscais de d\u00e9bito e cr\u00e9dito e o tratamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es que influenciam o fluxo de cr\u00e9ditos e d\u00e9bitos do IBS nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de meio de cadeia e consumo final.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>A\u00a0<em>Cartilha Orientativa para Emiss\u00e3o da NF-e do IBS\u2013 Volume 1<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0j\u00e1 est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para consulta e <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cgibs.gov.br\/cartilha-orientativa-para-emissao-da-nf-e-do-ibs-volume-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">download<\/a><\/strong> no portal oficial do Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Esfor\u00e7o integrado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segundo o presidente do Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS, Fl\u00e1vio C\u00e9sar, o lan\u00e7amento da cartilha simboliza o comprometimento federativo com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um modelo s\u00f3lido e transparente:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cEstados e munic\u00edpios est\u00e3o investindo conjuntamente na estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Gestor e no desenvolvimento de um sistema de apura\u00e7\u00e3o moderno, colaborativo e seguro.
