Nesse marco regulat&oacute;rio, representado pela Lei n&ordm; 12.683, empresas e profissionais da contabilidade e auditoria ganharam novas responsabilidades. Na pr&aacute;tica, eles passam a ser agentes de preven&ccedil;&atilde;o desse tipo de crime no Pa&iacute;s.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dcomercio.com.br\/images\/ano\/2013\/dc_artigos\/xsarte-situacao-de-alerta.jpg.pagespeed.ic.RptN5_n8SR.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dcomercio.com.br\/images\/ano\/2013\/dc_artigos\/xsarte-situacao-de-alerta.jpg.pagespeed.ic.RptN5_n8SR.jpg\" style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; width: 300px; height: 306px; float: left; text-align: justify;\" \/><\/a> \t<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">As regras a serem seguidas a partir de janeiro de 2014 acabaram de ser publicadas com a Resolu&ccedil;&atilde;o 1.445\/2013 pelo Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC). Com 21 artigos, o texto esclarece como contadores, assessores e auditores devem informar ao Conselho de Controle de Atividade Financeira (Coaf) as opera&ccedil;&otilde;es de seus clientes consideradas suspeitas de lavagem de dinheiro.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">As empresas cont&aacute;beis enquadradas no regime do Simples Nacional n&atilde;o precisam se ajustar &agrave;s regras.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Os profissionais e empresas devem fazer uma comunica&ccedil;&atilde;o imediata ao Coaf quando, por exemplo, a presta&ccedil;&atilde;o do servi&ccedil;o envolver o recebimento, em dinheiro, de valor superior a R$ 30 mil. O mesmo deve ocorrer para o recebimento por meio de cheque emitido ao portador. O Coaf tamb&eacute;m quer inform<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">a&ccedil;&otilde;es sobre o aumento de capital social com integraliza&ccedil;&atilde;o em moeda corrente, em esp&eacute;cie, para valores superiores a R$ 100 mil. A norma deve atingir cerca de 480 mil profissionais da contabilidade.
