Os encontros come\u00e7aram na segunda-feira (8) e seguem at\u00e9 sexta-feira (12).<\/p>\n<p>O trabalho mostra o empenho de estados e munic\u00edpios na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do IBS e da CBS, e tamb\u00e9m representa um marco significativo na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da reforma tribut\u00e1ria brasileira.<\/p>\n<p>Os encontros t\u00e9cnicos que ocorrem em Bras\u00edlia marcam o in\u00edcio formal dos trabalhos de consolida\u00e7\u00e3o entre o regulamentos do IBS e da CBS.<\/p>\n<p>O processo colaborativo entre os t\u00e9cnicos do Pr\u00e9-Comit\u00ea Gestor refor\u00e7a o comprometimento das institui\u00e7\u00f5es na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um arcabou\u00e7o normativo harmonizado e eficiente para o novo sistema tribut\u00e1rio sobre o consumo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Comsefaz e a Frente Nacional de Prefeitas e de Prefeitos (FNP) prorrogaram o acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica que instituiu o Pr\u00e9-Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS. O aditivo foi aprovado, em 14 de agosto, durante reuni\u00e3o do Grupo de Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica do Pr\u00e9-CG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PLP 108\/2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nesta quarta-feira (10), o relator do Projeto de Lei Complementar 108\/2024, senador Eduardo Braga, apresentou o relat\u00f3rio que define as regras do Comit\u00ea Gestor do IBS, entidade p\u00fablica sob regime especial, respons\u00e1vel por coordenar a gest\u00e3o federativa do novo tributo compartilhado entre estados e munic\u00edpios.
