{"id":1461,"date":"2013-06-04T18:20:12","date_gmt":"2013-06-04T18:20:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2013\/06\/04\/contadores-procura-se-mao-de-obra\/"},"modified":"2013-06-04T18:20:12","modified_gmt":"2013-06-04T18:20:12","slug":"contadores-procura-se-mao-de-obra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2013\/06\/04\/contadores-procura-se-mao-de-obra\/","title":{"rendered":"Contadores: Procura-se m\u00e3o de obra"},"content":{"rendered":"<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Encontrar t&eacute;cnicos qualificados &eacute; a principal dor de cabe&ccedil;a de empregadores no Brasil, segundo pesquisa que ser&aacute; divulgada hoje pelo ManpowerGroup, empresa de gest&atilde;o e contrata&ccedil;&atilde;o de pessoas.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A falta desses profissionais j&aacute; era a principal queixa na &uacute;ltima edi&ccedil;&atilde;o do levantamento, realizada no ano passado.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Operadores de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o e contadores est&atilde;o entre os principais postos dif&iacute;ceis de serem preenchidos, conforme a pesquisa de 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Entre os empregadores de 42 pa&iacute;ses que foram ouvidos, os cargos de engenheiro e representante de vendas est&atilde;o entre os mais apontados.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">No Brasil, 68% dos entrevistados disseram que enfrentam dificuldade em encontrar talentos, quase o dobro da m&eacute;dia global (35%).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O &iacute;ndice no Jap&atilde;o &eacute; de 85%, enquanto na Irlanda e na Espanha &eacute; de 3%.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A falta de compet&ecirc;ncias t&eacute;cnicas e habilidades (34%), a aus&ecirc;ncia de candidatos (32%) e a pouca experi&ecirc;ncia (24%) est&atilde;o entre os motivos mais comuns para a dificuldade na contrata&ccedil;&atilde;o.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O levantamento mostra ainda que 43% dos empregadores ouvidos dizem que a falta de m&atilde;o de obra afeta principalmente o atendimento adequado aos clientes.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Para 39%, a escassez reduz a competitividade e a produtividade em geral. Outros 25% afirmaram que essa dificuldade resulta no aumento da rotatividade de funcion&aacute;rios.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">As solu&ccedil;&otilde;es mais adotadas pelas organiza&ccedil;&otilde;es do mundo todo s&atilde;o aumentar treinamentos e benef&iacute;cios de seus profissionais.
