\tEmpresas de grande porte já emitem o cupom fiscal discriminando o valor do imposto pago pelo consumidor quando este compra algum produto. Esta informação terá de constar dos cupons fiscais emitidos por todas as empresas a partir do dia 8 de junho, como previsto pela Lei 12.741, sancionada pela presidente Dilma Rousseff no final do ano passado. As companhias que já informam ao contribuinte o valor do imposto – em fase experimental – são as Lojas Renner, a Riachuelo e a Telhanorte.<\/span><\/p>\n

\tDe acordo com Alfeu Camargo de Oliveira, gerente regional da Lojas Renner, a implantação do serviço foi simples. "O sistema começou a operar 15 dias após recebermos os dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Planejamento Tributário (IBPT), que elaborou toda a base de cálculo que alimenta o sistema que lança as informações novas nas notas", disse Oliveira.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\tA metodologia de cálculo desenvolvida pelo IBPT está sendo oferecida gratuitamente pelo instituto até o dia 15 de maio. Para obter o sistema, o empresário deve entrar em contato com o instituto ou ACSP. A lei estabelece que qualquer instituição nacional que trabalhe com a apuração de dados econômicos pode oferecer sua metodologia às empresas.<\/span><\/div>\n

\tJuliano Montroni, coordenador de sistemas da Riachuelo, também destaca a simplicidade para a implantação do sistema. Na opinião dele, "empresas menores, com menos volume de emissões de nota, terão ainda mais facilidade". Montroni falou também sobre a importância da nova informação que passou a constar nos seus cupons fiscais. "É uma forma de reeducar o brasileiro. Tendo o imposto impresso na nota, o consumidor terá algo tangível nas mãos para cobrar retornos do governo por aquilo que contribuí", afirmou o representante da Riachuelo.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\tO texto da Lei 12.741 nasceu dentro da Associação Comercial de São Paulo (ACSP), sendo que seus preceitos foram antecipados pelo movimento de Olho no Imposto, que percorreu diversos municípios para divulgar o peso dos impostos sobre o preço dos produtos e serviços consumidos no dia a dia. O movimento, liderado pela Associação Comercial, teve a participação do IBPT, Sindicato das Empresas de Serviços Contábeis no Estado de São Paulo (Sescon-SP) e outras 102 entidades que lutaram pela regulamentação da discriminação dos tributos nas notas ou cupons fiscais. O movimento coletou 1,5 milhão de assinaturas pedindo a aprovação da lei, o que foi conseguido ao final de 2012.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\tSobre o imposto na nota fiscal, Gilberto Luiz do Amaral, presidente do Conselho Superior do IBPT destacou o caráter educacional da medida. "Com o tempo, as pessoas deixarão de dilapidar o patrimônio público, passarão a valorizar o bem comum e a defendê-lo. Entenderão que os impostos são necessários e conseguirão associar os valores que pagam com uma boa ou má aplicação dos recursos", afirmou.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
