\tO Palácio do Planalto e a base governista no Senado não estão falando a mesma língua no apaixonado debate sobre a regulamentação da PEC das domésticas. A pregação do ministro do Trabalho, Manoel Dias (PDT), em defesa da multa de 40% do saldo acumulado do FGTS (Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço) em caso de demissão sem justa causa não sensibilizou o senador Romero Jucá (PMDB-RR).<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\tRelator da comissão especial que trata da regulamentação da emenda, ele propõe uma multa de 10%. “A multa de 40% representa algo fora do padrão do orçamento doméstico brasileiro. O que procuro é uma alternativa que não crie um impacto tão grande”, disse o parlamentar à coluna.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
