Em resposta \u00e0 crescente demanda por novos n\u00fameros de CNPJ, o formato ser\u00e1 modificado para incluir letras e n\u00fameros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A transi\u00e7\u00e3o para o formato alfanum\u00e9rico ser\u00e1 progressiva e est\u00e1 prevista para<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\"> <span class=\"sigijh_hlt\"><b>julho de<\/b>\u00a0<strong>2026<\/strong><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">O novo n\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>CNPJ ter\u00e1 14 posi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>. As oito primeiras identificar\u00e3o a raiz do novo n\u00famero, compostas por letras e n\u00fameros. As quatro seguintes representar\u00e3o a ordem do estabelecimento, tamb\u00e9m alfanum\u00e9ricas. As duas \u00faltimas posi\u00e7\u00f5es, que correspondem aos d\u00edgitos verificadores, continuar\u00e3o a ser num\u00e9ricas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00c9 importante ressaltar que essa mudan\u00e7a n\u00e3o afetar\u00e1 os CNPJs j\u00e1 existentes. Os n\u00fameros atuais permanecer\u00e3o v\u00e1lidos, e os d\u00edgitos verificadores tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o alterados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Embora a rotina de c\u00e1lculo do d\u00edgito verificador (DV) seja ajustada, a f\u00f3rmula de c\u00e1lculo pelo m\u00f3dulo 11 seguir\u00e1 sendo utilizada. A principal diferen\u00e7a ser\u00e1<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0dos valores num\u00e9ricos e alfanum\u00e9ricos pelo valor decimal correspondente ao c\u00f3digo constante na tabela ASCII e dele subtra\u00eddo o valor 48.
