Assim, quando houver um novo valor a receber, ele ser\u00e1 depositado automaticamente para o usu\u00e1rio&#8221;, destacou Izabela Correa, diretora de Relacionamento, Cidadania e Supervis\u00e3o de Conduta do BC.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A novidade simplifica o processo, eliminando a necessidade de consultas recorrentes e solicita\u00e7\u00f5es manuais para cada valor a ser resgatado. O objetivo \u00e9 prevenir fraudes relacionadas \u00e0 abertura indevida de contas com uso de identidade falsa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A funcionalidade ser\u00e1 gratuita, volunt\u00e1ria e revers\u00edvel. \u201cNo in\u00edcio de dezembro, teremos um novo sistema de seguran\u00e7a em que o cidad\u00e3o passa a informar sobre a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00e3o abrir contas, para preven\u00e7\u00e3o a fraudes\u201d, explicou Izabela Correa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Futuramente, o servi\u00e7o ser\u00e1 ampliado para informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de outros servi\u00e7os financeiros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Melhoria de servi\u00e7os<\/strong><br \/>\nUma facilidade que est\u00e1 por vir \u00e9 o acesso a todos os servi\u00e7os aos cidad\u00e3os oferecidos pelo Banco Central a partir de um \u00fanico login. \u201cAt\u00e9 o final de junho, vamos disponibilizar uma \u00e1rea logada do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcb.gov.br\/meubc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meu BC\u200b<span class=\"material-icons-outlined\tmd-18\">open_in_new<\/span><\/a>\u00a0onde o interessado poder\u00e1 acessar todos os servi\u00e7os prestados pelo Banco Central \u2014 como Registrato, SVR e acompanhamento de demandas \u2014, a partir de um \u00fanico acesso\u201d, contou\u00a0a diretora. Assim, quando algu\u00e9m faz uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o sobre uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, ele passar\u00e1 a ter acesso \u00e0 resposta da entidade no sistema.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>O BC tamb\u00e9m ir\u00e1 aprimorar os canais de di\u00e1logo com a sociedade. At\u00e9 o final do ano, o chatbot DIN, canal de autosservi\u00e7o, passar\u00e1 a utilizar intelig\u00eancia artificial, ampliando a gama de servi\u00e7os e respostas. Diariamente, o Banco Central atende cerca de 1.800 liga\u00e7\u00f5es e 300 pedidos de informa\u00e7\u00e3o on-line. O DIN realiza atualmente 59 mil conversas mensais.<\/div>\n<div>\nO Banco Central tamb\u00e9m far\u00e1 lan\u00e7amento da nova Calculadora do Cidad\u00e3o, mais moderna e acess\u00edvel. O objetivo das iniciativas \u00e9 promover a compreens\u00e3o de temas financeiros por meio de ferramentas simples e de linguagem acess\u00edvel, para elevar o conhecimento sobre temas na vida financeira das pessoas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Servi\u00e7os volunt\u00e1rios<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201cTodos os servi\u00e7os s\u00e3o sempre volunt\u00e1rios, de iniciativa do usu\u00e1rio. Ent\u00e3o cabe a ele autorizar ou n\u00e3o o SVR autom\u00e1tico; caber\u00e1 a ele habilitar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de dizer que n\u00e3o deseja a abertura de novas contas ou de novos produtos, no futuro.
