O artigo \u00e9 baseado na teoria Neoinstitucional. Em termos metodol\u00f3gicos, optamos por analisar, com base na literatura e relat\u00f3rios recentes, os avan\u00e7os na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de IA na gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica, com \u00eanfase nos pa\u00edses membros da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico (OCDE). Buscamos identificar as principais a\u00e7\u00f5es para melhorar a efici\u00eancia e a produtividade dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos por meio da automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos administrativos e redu\u00e7\u00e3o da burocracia; otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da tomada de decis\u00e3o com base na an\u00e1lise de dados em tempo real e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os personalizados aos cidad\u00e3os. Os resultados das discuss\u00f5es e an\u00e1lises da literatura e dos relat\u00f3rios mostram que a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do uso de intelig\u00eancia artificial no setor p\u00fablico est\u00e1 intimamente relacionada \u00e0 estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de um governo inteligente, capaz de responder \u00e0s demandasda sociedade por uma melhor gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica. Por fim, pode-se argumentar que as perspectivas para o uso de intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA) nas administra\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas ao redor do mundo s\u00e3o variadas e complexas, refletindo tanto as oportunidades quanto os desafios associados a essa tecnologia.
