\tA recente notícia de que o Yahoo, uma das maiores empresas de tecnologia do mundo, decidiu acabar com o home office gerou polêmica, ainda mais quando a tendência verificada é contrária: cada vez mais as empresas estão optando por formas alternativas de trabalho. Algumas projeções de especialistas chegam a dar conta de que o emprego vai desaparecer na forma como conhecemos hoje. O avanço fez com que o trabalho deixasse de ser físico para se tornar mais intangível, mais tecnológico e mais intelectualizado. As empresas estão menos dependentes de hierarquias, porém exigem um alto nível de especialidade e educação, além de serem dominadas pela classe criativa. O foco está nos serviços agregados, o que torna o trabalho mais dependente do conhecimento do que da presença física.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tAs formas alternativas de trabalho, como novos vínculos, atuação por projeto, part time, home office, trabalhos sob demanda, devem ganhar peso. Tais alternativas trazem alguns ganhos empresariais: redução de custo de folha de pagamento, espaço físico e redução do tempo gerencial. A tendência verificada nos países desenvolvidos é de que 70% do quadro de pessoal estejam em home office até 2015. No Brasil, o home office é empregado por mais de 50% das empresas de grande porte. O percentual não surpreende: para algumas atividades criativas e intelectualizadas, estar presente fisicamente deixa de ser necessário. Ainda há o ganho com a melhora da qualidade de vida dos empregados, o que atrai novos talentos.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\tQuando se estabelece a cultura de home office em uma empresa, é preciso estar preparado. Isso significa ter planilhas de controles de entrega, uma estrutura de metas bem estabelecida e um sistema de consequências maduro e condizente com o que foi acordado com o funcionário. Com um modelo consistente, é possível obter resultados positivos. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
