{"id":14052,"date":"2025-05-05T18:46:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T18:46:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=14052"},"modified":"2025-05-05T19:11:17","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T19:11:17","slug":"mudancas-na-emissao-de-documentos-fiscais-eletronicos-nfe-e-nfc-e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2025\/05\/05\/mudancas-na-emissao-de-documentos-fiscais-eletronicos-nfe-e-nfc-e\/","title":{"rendered":"Mudan\u00e7as na emiss\u00e3o de documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos (NFe e NFC-e)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Por Alexandre Alcantara<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>03 de novembro de 2025<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0passa vigorar mudan\u00e7as significativas na forma de emiss\u00e3o de documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos, considerando a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de dois Ajustes SINIEF, publicados no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o no \u00faltimo dia 30 de abril.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.confaz.fazenda.gov.br\/legislacao\/ajustes\/2025\/ajuste-sinief-11-25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\"><strong>1. Ajuste SINIEF n\u00ba 11\/2025<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Traz altera\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 <strong>Nota Fiscal de Consumidor Eletr\u00f4nica<\/strong> (NFC-e), determinando que este documento fiscal s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 ser emitida exclusivamente quando o destinat\u00e1rio for pessoa f\u00edsica inscrita no CPF e n\u00e3o mais quando for pessoa jur\u00eddica, inscrita no CNPJ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o foi removida a nomenclatura \u201cCNPJ\u201d deste documento, determinando ainda que, quando se tratar de opera\u00e7\u00e3o cujo destinat\u00e1rio seja uma pessoa jur\u00eddica, ou seja, inscrita no CNPJ, o documento a ser emitido para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 a NF-e (Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica), modelo 55, \u00a0prevista no Ajuste SINIEF n\u00ba 7, de 30 de setembro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ou seja, a partir de 03.11.2025 n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 mais poss\u00edvel a emiss\u00e3o de NFC-e para destinat\u00e1rios inscritos no CNPJ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.confaz.fazenda.gov.br\/legislacao\/ajustes\/2025\/ajuste-sinief-12-25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>2. Ajuste SINIEF n\u00ba 12\/2025<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e3o estas as novidades referentes \u00e0 <strong>Nota Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nica<\/strong> (NF-e):<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do endere\u00e7o do destinat\u00e1rio passar\u00e1 a ser facultativo o seu preenchimento;<\/li>\n<li>utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do DANFE simplificado nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es presenciais e com entrega a domic\u00edlio, quando o destinat\u00e1rio for inscrito no CNPJ;<\/li>\n<li>nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es de varejo presenciais e entrega em domic\u00edlio, na quais o destinat\u00e1rio precise ser identificado pelo CNPJ e por decorr\u00eancia de problemas t\u00e9cnicos que impe\u00e7am a emiss\u00e3o do documento fiscal, poder\u00e1 ser efetuado a gera\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de uso posterior.<\/li>\n<li>no caso previsto na letra \u201cc\u201d, as NF-e geradas em conting\u00eancia dever\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s sanados os problemas t\u00e9cnicos, serem transmitidas at\u00e9 o primeiro dia \u00fatil subsequente contado a partir de sua emiss\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Alexandre Alcantara A partir de 03 de novembro de 2025\u00a0passa vigorar mudan\u00e7as significativas na<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":10561,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[35,148],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14052","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-c76-cf-e-cupom-fiscal-eletronico","category-nota-fiscal-eletronica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
