Foi publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) desta ter\u00e7a-feira (15) o Ato n\u00ba 01, de 11 de abril de 2025, do Comsefaz, que torna p\u00fablica a indica\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes dos Estados e do Distrito Federal para compor o Conselho Superior do Comit\u00ea Gestor do Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os (CGIBS).<\/p>\n

As indica\u00e7\u00f5es foram formalmente efetuadas pelos respectivos chefes do Poder Executivo dos Estados e do Distrito Federal, conforme a Lei Complementar 214, de 4 de janeiro de 2025, e observaram os requisitos legais de reputa\u00e7\u00e3o ilibada e not\u00f3rio conhecimento em administra\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria, previstos no art. 482 da mesma norma.<\/p>\n

Conforme a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, a representa\u00e7\u00e3o titular de cada ente federativo recai sobre o ocupante do cargo de Secret\u00e1rio de Fazenda, Finan\u00e7as, Tributa\u00e7\u00e3o ou equivalente, considerado como autoridade m\u00e1xima da administra\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria estadual ou distrital.<\/p>\n
