\tA foice é uma ferramenta muito importante para a história da humanidade. Seu uso possibilitou o crescimento das práticas agrícolas que marcaram o fim dos povos nômades na Pré-história. A melhoria nas técnicas de cultivo possibilitaram a fixação do Homo sapiens e o surgimento de vilas e cidades. A tecnologia da foice é bastante antiga, sendo que há evidências do uso dessa ferramenta, ainda em pedra, há cerca de 3.000 a.C..<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tO Sistema Público de Escrituração Digital (Sped) é um instrumento desenvolvido pela Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB) e autoridades tributárias estaduais com o objetivo inicial de combater a sonegação e, simultaneamente, reduzir o peso dessa burocracia sobre as empresas. A participação dos contribuintes, a transparência mútua e a construção conjunta de toda esta complexa sistemática são princípios amplamente divulgados como norteadores do projeto.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tNa prática, as informações sobre a gestão de estoques, financeira, logística, tributária e de pessoal das empresas estão migrando do suporte físico, o papel, para o digital, por meio de documentos e livros fiscais eletrônicos.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tEssa mudança de meio de armazenamento do conhecimento empresarial representa um salto gigantesco na história da administração. Empreendedores e gestores agora têm seus atos expostos através de registros digitais que trafegam entre fornecedores, clientes, transportadores, organizações contábeis, e, obviamente, o fisco.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tO Sped acelera o processo de transformação do homo sapiens para o “Homo connectus”, do ponto de vista corporativo. Entretanto, foice e o Sped são ferramentas. O agente das (re)voluções sempre foi e sempre será o homo, seja ele sapiens ou connectus.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tNão há razão lógica para idolatria de tecnologias. Em vários momentos da história da humanidade a foice foi usada como símbolo ideológico motivando discussões apaixonadas, infrutíferas e perversas.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tHoje o Sped também vem sendo utilizado, por alguns, como pretensa bandeira para causas nobres: redução da carga tributária, simplificação do sistema tributário, transparência e cooperação. Pura ilusão: uma nova tentativa de modernizar o “ópio do povo”.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tJamais podemos nos esquecer que somente o ser humano é capaz de resolver os problemas por ele criados. Não será a foice, nem o Sped que solucionará as graves distorções tributárias que destroem o potencial empreendedor do brasileiro.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tMuito menos será o Sped o responsável pela transparência nas relações ou cooperação entre Estado e sociedade. Somente pessoas com princípios éticos e morais podem sustentar relacionamentos sadios. Ou seja, o foco não é a tecnologia e sim o seu uso.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t <\/div>\n
\tAfinal, a foice é usada para alimentar; degolar. E até hoje. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
