\tEmpreendedores, normalmente, não têm rotina. Querem aproveitar o expediente para resolver o maior número possível de tarefas. Além de sentirem-se exauridos, têm dificuldade de conciliar a correria da profissão com a família, o descanso, a consulta médica, o horário de almoço… É possível ser eficiente e não se estressar? Quem tenta resolver esse desafio dos negócios é Christian Barbosa, empreendedor, especialista em gerenciamento de tempo e fundador da Triad Productivity Solutions, consultoria em produtividade. Confira as dicas dele: <\/span><\/p>\n

\t\"\"<\/a><\/span>
\t1. Sempre registre suas tarefas:<\/strong> É comum que os empreendedores sintam-se perdidos porque não organizam os compromissos do dia. “Mas não adianta fazer umas anotações em post-its, outras no computador e algumas na agenda”, afirma Barbosa. “Eleja uma única plataforma e registre tudo ali.” <\/span>
\t
\t2. Não deixe tudo para a última hora:<\/strong> Ao escrever quais são as suas tarefas, pense sempre no prazo de três dias. Não adianta, pela manhã, planejar o que fará na mesma data. Ter um tempo à frente facilitará sua organização. <\/span>
\t
\t3. Planeje em conjunto:<\/strong> Não adianta seguir a estratégia de registrar as tarefas sozinho. “O ideal é que, toda sexta-feira, a equipe faça uma reunião de meia hora para eleger quais são os compromissos mais urgentes da semana seguinte”, diz o empreendedor. <\/span>
\t
\t4. Aprenda a delegar:<\/strong> De acordo com Barbosa, é comum que o empreendedor tenha aberto um negócio por possuir uma habilidade individual. E que, por isso, ele centralize a maior parte das tarefas da empresa. Mas não caia nessa cilada: delegue e faça com que todos da equipe criem um trabalho excepcional. “Treinar os funcionários, ouvir os clientes e prestar atenção na concorrência são deveres do empreendedor. Ele deve parar de fazer e aprender a olhar”, diz o especialista. Isso colaborará para que sobre tempo na sua agenda. <\/span>

\t5. Descanse:<\/strong> Não adianta querer se enganar. Nenhum empreendedor conseguirá tirar férias de um mês e abandonar a empresa nesse período. No entanto, sobrecarregar-se é prejudicial à saúde. Como solucionar esse problema? Barbosa sugere que, logo no começo do ano, preste atenção ao calendário e eleja pequenos períodos de descanso. Se o Carnaval não afeta o movimento do negócio, é uma boa opção para fazer uma pausa. No caso dos comerciantes, basta pensar em datas de menor demanda. Dois dias, emendados ao fim de semana, já ajudam a relaxar. <\/span>

\t6. Desligue-se:<\/strong> A tendência é sempre estar conectado – sair do trabalho e checar o e-mail pelo celular constantemente. É normal que se sinta irresponsável por abster-se dessas tecnologias. Uma alternativa é combinar com a equipe que as decisões e comunicados urgentes devem ser feitos por telefone. <\/span>

\t7. Inclua a família no trabalho:<\/strong> “É impossível separar totalmente a vida profissional da pessoal”, diz Barbosa. Para ele, o ideal é estipular qual a carga horária necessária para que as tarefas sejam executadas e para que sobre um tempo para a família. Oito horas? Então, não ultrapasse isso. Outra dica do empreendedor é envolver os filhos na empresa. “Um garoto no ensino médio já pode fazer um estágio na empresa”, afirma. <\/span>

\t8. Faça intervalos durante o dia:<\/strong> Um amigo de Barbosa possui um restaurante e acorda às 4h da manhã para receber os alimentos. Como ele vai ao dentista? Aproveita o intervalo entre 15h30 e 19h, quando o movimento cai, para ficar com a família e resolver os problemas pessoais. Às 19h30, retorna ao estabelecimento. “Ache um horário na agenda para você. Emendar é pedir para se estressar”, diz. <\/span>

\t9. Use aplicativos a seu favor:<\/strong> Se há afinidade com tecnologias, uma boa ideia é usar aplicativos móveis para gerir o tempo. “Google Tasks, Remember the Milk e Neotriad são boas opções”, afirma Barbosa. Mas nada impede que se use o bom e velho caderno.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
