\tOs pequenos e médios empresários não serão mais obrigadas a seguir as Normas Internacionais de Contabilidade (IFRS, do inglês), adotadas no Brasil a partir de 2008 com a Norma Brasileira de Contabilidade Técnica Geral.[1]<\/i><\/p>\n

\n

\t\tNa quarta-feira (19), o CFC (Conselho Federal de Contabilidade) aprovou uma resolução que institui um modelo específico para as PMEs. [2]<\/p>\n

\t\tNovas normas contábeis dão transparência e crédito<\/p>\n

\t\tAs novas normas simplificam a vida do pequeno empresário, ao resumir as 230 páginas do código anterior para apenas 26 e limitar as suas obrigações contábeis.<\/p>\n

\t\tAs PMEs já seguiam uma versão resumida das normas internacionais –a completa tem cerca de 3.000 páginas.<\/p>\n

\t\tSegundo Hélio Coraza, funcionário do CFC, o empresário de pequeno porte ainda é obrigado a fazer o balanço patrimonial, demonstração de resultados e notas explicativas.<\/p>\n

\t\tProcedimentos que exigem um detalhamento maior das variações no patrimônio, como a demonstração de fluxo de caixa, do resultado abrangente e das mutações do patrimônio líquido não serão mais obrigatórios, segundo Coraza.<\/p>\n

\t\tPara a CFC, a resolução foi aprovada levando em consideração a realidade de movimentação das empresas de porte menor e o esforço que elas teriam de empreender para seguir as normas internacionais, dentro de uma estrutura reduzida. [3]<\/i><\/p>\n
