Valor sonegado \u00e9 de aproximadamente R$ 3 milh\u00f5es<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com base em ind\u00edcios de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal e fraude detectados pela Ger\u00eancia de Intelig\u00eancia Fiscal da Secretaria da Economia, a Receita Estadual, por meio da Delegacia Regional de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Goi\u00e2nia, em parceria com a Delegacia Estadual de Repress\u00e3o a Crimes Contra a Ordem Tribut\u00e1ria (DOT), deflagrou na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (25\/02) a <strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Halal<\/strong> contra um grupo empresarial do ramo de restaurantes. Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, foram cumpridos seis mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em quatro estabelecimentos na capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es indicam que um esquema envolvendo uma rede de empresas do setor de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e eventos, pertencentes a um mesmo grupo familiar, pode ter resultado na sonega\u00e7\u00e3o de aproximadamente R$ 3 milh\u00f5es, conforme levantamento preliminar.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre as principais irregularidades identificadas est\u00e3o a n\u00e3o emiss\u00e3o de notas fiscais no momento da venda de mercadorias, caracterizando o chamado <strong>\u201ccaixa dois\u201d<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, foi constatado o uso de m\u00e1quinas de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito e d\u00e9bito (POS) registradas em nome de terceiros, uma pr\u00e1tica utilizada para ocultar o faturamento real das empresas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cO Fisco goiano detectou que grande objetivo dessa <strong>fraude era omitir o real faturamento das empresas para continuar no Simples Nacional<\/strong> e ter uma al\u00edquota menor de ICMS\u201d, destacou o superintendente de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Regionalizada da Secretaria da Economia, Gustavo Henrique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O delegado Adjunto da DOT, Alexandre Alvim, ressaltou que o grupo, que atuava sonegando impostos, se utilizava de m\u00e1quinas de cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito e d\u00e9bito (as chamadas POS) registradas em CNPJs diferentes do estabelecimento investigado. \u201cAl\u00e9m disso, muitas vezes deixavam de emitir notas fiscais e omitiam informa\u00e7\u00f5es, reduzindo o valor que deveriam pagar de ICMS ao Estado de Goi\u00e1s. Isso caracterizava a pr\u00e1tica de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal\u201d, detalhou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Busca e apreens\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>\nA Opera\u00e7\u00e3o cumpriu seis mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em quatro estabelecimentos comerciais, sendo dois restaurantes, um sal\u00e3o de eventos e um emp\u00f3rio. Al\u00e9m disso, os contadores do grupo tamb\u00e9m foram inclu\u00eddos na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. O material apreendido passar\u00e1 por an\u00e1lise detalhada do Fisco e ser\u00e1 submetido a um rigoroso processo de auditoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Caso as irregularidades sejam comprovadas, as empresas ser\u00e3o autuadas visando o ressarcimento dos valores sonegados aos cofres p\u00fablicos. Al\u00e9m disso, os propriet\u00e1rios poder\u00e3o responder pelos crimes eventualmente praticados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCom a an\u00e1lise dos arquivos apreendidos, iremos calcular o real faturamento omitido. A partir desse valor, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel determinar o montante exato do ICMS sonegado.
