\"\"A Secretaria de Fazenda [Maranh\u00e3o], por meio do Sistema de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Monitoramento do Agroneg\u00f3cio (SIFMA), realizou intima\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal de empresas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola, cobrando ICMS com o uso de imagens de sat\u00e9lite de alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, associado \u00e0 intelig\u00eancia artificial.<\/p>\n

O SIFMA identificou as empresas e produtores rurais com o uso de um sistema de gerenciamento de banco de dados geogr\u00e1ficos, s\u00e9ries temporais de imagens de sat\u00e9lite e intelig\u00eancia artificial<\/span>\u00a0possibilitando rastrear a produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola e identificar a origem dos gr\u00e3os, resultando em valores omitidos de vendas de gr\u00e3os de quase R$ 13 milh\u00f5es, gerando um ICMS devido de aproximadamente de R$ 2,6 milh\u00f5es aos cofres p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n

A equipe de gerenciamento do SIFMA observou as opera\u00e7\u00f5es promovidas por contribuintes produtores rurais e constatou que determinadas empresas emitiram notas fiscais relativas \u00e0 venda de soja, em quantidade muito inferior ao estimado no ano 2023, referente \u00e0 safra 2022\/2023, resultando assim no n\u00e3o recolhimento adequado do imposto correspondente.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A diferen\u00e7a de toneladas apuradas levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o as notas emitidas pelo contribuinte encontradas na base da SEFAZ.<\/p>\n

O Auditor Fiscal, Gustavo Vict\u00f3rio<\/strong><\/span>, que coordenou a opera\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal, destacou ainda que as empresas que est\u00e3o declarando acima da sua capacidade produtiva ser\u00e3o intimadas a prestarem esclarecimentos, uma vez que cada inscri\u00e7\u00e3o emite nota referente \u00e0 sua\u00a0propriedade.<\/p>\n

A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do d\u00e9bito ou contesta\u00e7\u00e3o, deve ser feita at\u00e9 o 20\u00ba dia do recebimento da intima\u00e7\u00e3o. No caso de contesta\u00e7\u00e3o, a mesma dever\u00e1 ser realizada obrigatoriamente at\u00e9 o 20\u00ba dia do envio da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o por meio do Domicilio Tribut\u00e1rio Eletr\u00f4nico – DTE (SEFAZNET).<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de fiscalizar e monitorar o setor agr\u00edcola, o SIFMA tamb\u00e9m contempla os produtores, dando a eles a possibilidade de gerenciar as suas propriedades rurais cadastradas na plataforma.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
