Ap\u00f3s 36 anos de sua vig\u00eancia, o estudo demonstra como a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o do pa\u00eds se tornou cada vez mais complexa, confusa e de dif\u00edcil interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 1988, foram editadas mais de 7,8 milh\u00f5es de normas, o que representa, em m\u00e9dia, 860 novas normas por dia \u00fatil. Dentre essas, 517.388 foram especificamente sobre mat\u00e9ria tribut\u00e1ria, o que significa que mais de 2,36 normas tribut\u00e1rias s\u00e3o criadas a cada hora \u00fatil no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse per\u00edodo, o Brasil passou por 19 emendas constitucionais tribut\u00e1rias e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de in\u00fameros tributos, como o IBS, CBS, Imposto Seletivo, CPMF, COFINS, CIDES, CIP, CSLL, PIS Importa\u00e7\u00e3o, COFINS Importa\u00e7\u00e3o e ISS Importa\u00e7\u00e3o.
