Ele tem sido muito exigente, e deve ser, mas n&atilde;o considera a revolu&ccedil;&atilde;o que isto causa nas empresas. N&atilde;o est&aacute; escrito &lsquo;como se adequar&rsquo; em nenhum guia pr&aacute;tico ou norma legal.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Este contexto vem evoluindo desde 2001, com a IN 2.200-2, momento em que a t&atilde;o importante certifica&ccedil;&atilde;o digital foi anunciada, para pouco mais de 10 anos depois, ser pr&eacute;-requisito de regularidade fiscal.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Mas e os processos empresariais, que s&atilde;o a fonte da informa&ccedil;&atilde;o?! &nbsp;&Eacute; onde, caro leitor, as Empresas Gabrielas urgem com toda for&ccedil;a. O engessamento de processos inadequados, que por conta do que n&iacute;vel de detalhes e a origem da informa&ccedil;&atilde;o, justificam em si, o pr&oacute;prio problema da organiza&ccedil;&atilde;o.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">A gera&ccedil;&atilde;o da informa&ccedil;&atilde;o tem sido dificultada, e al&eacute;m do fator fiscal, os reflexos est&atilde;o na vantagem competitiva. Quem trabalha melhor a informa&ccedil;&atilde;o, est&aacute; consideravelmente na frente. E a gera&ccedil;&atilde;o da informa&ccedil;&atilde;o fiscal, ao contr&aacute;rio do que muitos pensam, n&atilde;o &eacute; somente papel do profissional cont&aacute;bil, temos outros agentes que precisam receber maior aten&ccedil;&atilde;o: o comprador, o estoquista, o vendedor, o faturista, os coordenadores, os gestores, a dire&ccedil;&atilde;o executiva da organiza&ccedil;&atilde;o&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Enquanto alguns ainda olham o seu passado glorioso pelo retrovisor, outros limpam o para-brisa para seguir adiante na regularidade fiscal, parte integrante do modelo de neg&oacute;cio, e que n&atilde;o deve ser desconsiderada.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ainda em 2012, podemos ver a crescente e constante evolu&ccedil;&atilde;o do SPED.
