A NF-e denegada n&atilde;o tem valor fiscal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px; line-height: 17px; font-size: 13px; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Trebuchet, 'Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Lucida Grande', Arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; \"> \t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; \"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; \">O servi&ccedil;o, pioneiro no Brasil, foi implementado inicialmente nas opera&ccedil;&otilde;es entre os Estados do Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina desde 01 agosto de 2012, e agora ser&aacute; estendido para Bahia. &ldquo;&Eacute; mais um instrumento de combate &agrave; sonega&ccedil;&atilde;o, fortalecendo o mercado formal de mercadorias, dificultando a concorr&ecirc;ncia desleal das empresas que atuam &agrave; margem da legalidade&rdquo;, explica C&eacute;sar Furquim, auditor fiscal da Ger&ecirc;ncia de Automa&ccedil;&atilde;o Fiscal da Sefaz.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px; line-height: 17px; font-size: 13px; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Trebuchet, 'Lucida Sans Unicode', 'Lucida Grande', Arial, sans-serif; text-align: justify; \"> \t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; \"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; \">Segundo C&eacute;sar, ap&oacute;s a regulariza&ccedil;&atilde;o da situa&ccedil;&atilde;o da empresa junto ao FISCO, o contribuinte poder&aacute; operar novamente e ter NF-e emitidas a seu favor.
