Auditores fiscais participam de treinamento sobre t\u00e9cnicas de combate \u00e0 lavagem de dinheiro<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cerca de 30 auditores fiscais da Receita Estadual, lotados na Ger\u00eancia de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e na Ger\u00eancia de Intelig\u00eancia Fiscal da Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz), participaram de treinamento presencial na sede da Sefaz sobre Procedimentos e T\u00e9cnicas de Combate \u00e0 Lavagem de Dinheiro e Utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es Banc\u00e1rias (SIMBA)<\/strong>. O curso foi realizado nesta semana, com organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Ger\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento Fazend\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

O SIMBA \u00e9 um sistema desenvolvido pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) e disponibilizado para a Sefaz, por meio de Acordo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica, para recep\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras enviadas por bancos e institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<\/p>\n

\u201cEssas informa\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o de suma import\u00e2ncia para viabilizar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma auditoria completa, permitindo a materializa\u00e7\u00e3o de fatos e fraudes fisco-cont\u00e1beis e financeiras\u201d<\/span><\/em>, explicou a auditora fiscal e supervisora de Auditoria Cont\u00e1bil da Sefaz, Let\u00edcia Lima.<\/p>\n

O treinamento foi ministrado por dois servidores do MPF, Luiz Fernando Rodrigues<\/strong> e \u00c1lvaro Casseb<\/strong>, com vasta atua\u00e7\u00e3o em investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de fraudes no \u00e2mbito federal e experi\u00eancia na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da ferramenta.<\/p>\n

\u201cO acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias e financeiras pelo fisco estadual \u00e9 regulamentado com base na Lei Complementar n\u00ba 105\/2001, possibilitando o processo de transfer\u00eancia de sigilo banc\u00e1rio para o sigilo fiscal sem necessidade de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial\u201d<\/em><\/span>, pontuou a auditora fiscal e subgerente de Grandes Contribuintes e Gest\u00e3o de Auditorias, Layse Tavares.<\/p>\n

O objetivo do curso foi atualizar e capacitar os auditores fiscais, de forma a disseminar novas t\u00e9cnicas e procedimentos que incorporem elementos financeiros na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de il\u00edcitos tribut\u00e1rios. Desta forma, o trabalho de auditoria fiscal ganha um robusto meio de prova.<\/p>\n
