\tBancos ainda não oferecem conta com serviços essenciais gratuitos <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\t\tUma pesquisa feita pelo Idec (Instituto Brasileiro de Defesa do Consumidor) com seis bancos do País revelou que eles ainda não oferecem a conta com serviços essenciais gratuitos.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tDe acordo com o levantamento, mesmo a opção de conta com serviços essenciais gratuitos sendo regulamentada pelo Banco Central, conforme Resolução nº 3.518\/07, e nas Cartas Circulares nº 3.371\/07 e nº 3.349\/08, o Banco do Brasil e o HSBC não abriram a conta.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tAlém disso, nenhum dos seis bancos ofereceu a opção espontaneamente e, mesmo quando solicitada, Santander e Bradesco ainda tentaram contornar com oferta de outro pacote pago.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\t\tLevantamento<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\tSegundo o Idec, o HSBC negou a existência da modalidade de conta. O atendente bancário confundiu os serviços essenciais com o pacote padronizado, e alterou a conta do pesquisador para este, que custa R$ 13,50.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tDe acordo com as normas do Banco Central, esse pacote também deve ser oferecido, obrigatoriamente, pelos bancos, mas ele tem características diferentes das de serviços essenciais (número maior de saques e a não inclusão de folhas de cheque, por exemplo) e é tarifado.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tO Banco do Brasil também não realizou a alteração de uma conta paga para outra gratuita. Apesar de ter admitido a existência do pacote de serviços essenciais, o banco alegou que o tipo de conta do pesquisador impedia que o “sistema” realizasse a conversão.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\t <\/div>\n
\t\tNo Bradesco e o Santander a conta acabou sendo convertida, mas antes tentaram persuadir o pesquisador a continuar com o pacote de serviços contratado. Apenas a CEF e o Itaú não apresentaram nenhum empecilho.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\t\tOutro lado<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\t\tDe acordo com o Idec, o resultado da pesquisa foi enviado a todos os bancos avaliados, mas apenas o Santander se manifestou.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\t\tO banco afirmou que orienta seus funcionários a buscarem a melhor opção para os consumidores, e que o gerente, ao analisar o perfil do pesquisador, considerou mais adequado para ele outro pacote que não o de serviços essenciais.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
