partir de 2024, dentro de uma calend\u00e1rio de obrigatoriedade, a <strong>contabilidade digital<\/strong>, semelhante \u00e0 nossa Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Cont\u00e1bil Digital (ECD), para alguns dos contribuintes, como forma de controle do Imposto de Valor Agregado (IVA).<\/p>\n<p>O sistema de escritura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil digital dinamarqu\u00eas prev\u00ea a possibilidade de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano de contas padr\u00e3o a ser mapeado com plano de contas das empresas, sistem\u00e1tica semelhante ao Plano de Contas Referencial (Registro I051) da nossa ECD.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do portal Tax Back International.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>A Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital tem como objetivo garantir o rastro das transa\u00e7\u00f5es, o rastro de controle, bem como o backup, a prote\u00e7\u00e3o e a seguran\u00e7a dos registros dentro dos prazos cont\u00e1beis aplic\u00e1veis \u200b\u200b(pelo menos 5 anos ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do exerc\u00edcio cont\u00e1bil a que se refere).<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 previsto a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da fatura eletr\u00f4nica, algo equivalente aos nossos documentos fiscais eletr\u00f4nicos, por\u00e9m com previs\u00e3o de sua integra\u00e7\u00e3o com a escritura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil digital das empresas, o que ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 feito de forma direta e obrigat\u00f3ria na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do SPED aqui no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>O que nos chamou aten\u00e7\u00e3o nesta not\u00edcia \u00e9 que a Dinamarca percebeu que <strong><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">uma das forma de auditar o IVA passa pela exame da escritura\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil das empresas<\/span><\/strong>, sistem\u00e1tica que j\u00e1 vem sendo adotado pela Receita Federal e por v\u00e1rias Secretarias de Fazenda do Brasil, no intuito de identificar omiss\u00e3o de receitas tribut\u00e1veis e demais tipos de fraudes.<\/p>\n<p>Para
