\tNota fiscal e propaganda de produtos devem discriminar valor dos impostos<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tNotas fiscais de venda de produtos e serviços deverão conter o valor de cada um de cinco tributos incidentes na operação. Projeto nesse sentido foi aprovado nesta terça-feira (3) pela Comissão de Assuntos Econômicos (CAE).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tDe autoria dos senadores João Capiberibe (PSB-AP), Randolfe Rodrigues (PSol-AP), Casildo Maldaner (PMDB-SC) e Angela Portela (PT-RR), o projeto (PLS 76\/2012<\/a>) será examinado em decisão terminativa pela Comissão de Meio Ambiente, Defesa do Consumidor e Fiscalização e Controle (CMA).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tConforme a proposta, a obrigação de informar sobre os montantes dos impostos aplica-se também às peças publicitárias relacionadas aos produtos ou serviços. Estão dispensadas da exigência microempresas com renda bruta anual inferior a R$ 360 mil e microempreendedores individuais.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tOs cinco impostos cujos montantes deverão ser informados ao consumidor são os relativos a Importação (II), Produtos Industrializados (IPI), Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS), Serviços (ISS) e Intervenção no Domínio Econômico (Cide-Combustíveis).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tCrime<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tO projeto equipara a omissão de informações sobre os tributos aos crimes contra as relações de consumo previstos no artigo 66 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tOs autores da proposta preveem uma redução da sonegação fiscal com a divulgação das informações sobre tributos nas peças publicitárias. Segundo eles, esses dados proporcionam ao consumidor o conhecimento de quanto será sonegado pelo vendedor nas operações sem nota fiscal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\t– O contribuinte passará a solicitar com maior frequência a emissão do documento fiscal, o que contribuirá para reduzir o elevado grau de sonegação atualmente observado no país – argumentam.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
