No centro desse processo, as novas tecnologias surgem como ferramentas cruciais para alcan\u00e7ar os objetivos de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o, efici\u00eancia e transpar\u00eancia almejados. Contudo, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dessas inova\u00e7\u00f5es demanda uma an\u00e1lise cuidadosa para garantir que elas, de fato, simplifiquem a vida dos contribuintes, sem onerar ainda mais o ambiente de neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n<div class=\"prose \">\n<div id=\"_ppads_outstream_intext\" data-premium=\"\" data-adunit=\"DIARIO_DO_NORDESTE_INTEXT_01\" data-sizes-mobile=\"[[336,280],[300,250]]\" data-sizes-desktop=\"[[336,280],[300,250]]\" data-type=\"intext\" data-count=\"1\" data-fetch=\"true\" data-google-query-id=\"CODBhcrel4gDFYdMuAQdH6454w\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/75894840,1028625\/DIARIO_DO_NORDESTE_INTEXT_01_0__container__\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um dos pilares tecnol\u00f3gicos dessa reforma \u00e9 a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o da <span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">escritura\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal pr\u00e9-preenchida<\/span>, que promete revolucionar a forma como as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias s\u00e3o cumpridas. A proposta \u00e9 que o fisco forne\u00e7a uma pr\u00e9via das informa\u00e7\u00f5es fiscais, reduzindo erros e retrabalho. Contudo, \u00e9 fundamental que esses sistemas sejam disponibilizados com anteced\u00eancia para testes e homologa\u00e7\u00e3o, permitindo que os contribuintes e profissionais de contabilidade possam se adaptar e assegurar que o sistema funcione sem gerar penalidades injustas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outro aspecto tecnol\u00f3gico relevante \u00e9 a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do <span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">Split Payment<\/span>, um mecanismo que divide automaticamente o pagamento dos impostos no momento da transa\u00e7\u00e3o. Embora essa ferramenta possa melhorar a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e combater a sonega\u00e7\u00e3o, estudos internacionais, como o da Uni\u00e3o Europeia de 2017, indicam que o Split Payment pode sufocar o fluxo de caixa das empresas e aumentar os custos administrativos, especialmente em um pa\u00eds com uma grande diversidade de realidades empresariais como o Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-fetch=\"true\">A experi\u00eancia dos \u00faltimos anos mostra que, embora a tecnologia possa ser uma aliada poderosa, ela tamb\u00e9m pode se transformar em uma barreira quando mal implementada. Desde o advento do SPED, observamos que as promessas de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o nem sempre se concretizam. Em vez disso, muitos sistemas tribut\u00e1rios tornaram-se mais complexos, com um excesso de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es acess\u00f3rias que frequentemente se sobrep\u00f5em e geram penalidades desproporcionais.<\/p>\n<div id=\"pads_intext-172484988518021\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-premium=\"\" data-adunit=\"DIARIO_DO_NORDESTE_INTEXT_02\" data-sizes-mobile=\"[[336,280],[300,250]]\" data-sizes-desktop=\"[[336,280],[300,250]]\" data-type=\"intext\" data-count=\"2\" data-fetch=\"true\" data-google-query-id=\"COqG3snel4gDFTlcuAQd8-wt-g\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/75894840,1028625\/DIARIO_DO_NORDESTE_INTEXT_02_0__container__\">Para que a reforma tribut\u00e1ria cumpra seu objetivo de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel que as tecnologias propostas sejam desenvolvidas com foco na efici\u00eancia e na redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos de conformidade para os contribuintes. Sistemas robustos e confi\u00e1veis, capazes de lidar com a realidade de micro e pequenas empresas, s\u00e3o essenciais. Al\u00e9m disso, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o e a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es acess\u00f3rias devem ser prioridade para evitar redund\u00e2ncias e simplificar o cumprimento das exig\u00eancias fiscais.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em conclus\u00e3o, a tecnologia tem um papel central na reforma tribut\u00e1ria, mas seu sucesso depende de uma implementa\u00e7\u00e3o cuidadosa e orientada para as necessidades dos contribuintes.
