{"id":1252,"date":"2012-06-06T19:00:53","date_gmt":"2012-06-06T19:00:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2012\/06\/06\/a-expansao-home-office-no-brasil\/"},"modified":"2012-06-06T19:00:53","modified_gmt":"2012-06-06T19:00:53","slug":"a-expansao-home-office-no-brasil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2012\/06\/06\/a-expansao-home-office-no-brasil\/","title":{"rendered":"A expans\u00e3o Home Office no Brasil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t<strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Home office j&aacute; &eacute; adotado por mais de 30% das empresas<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 120px; text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<em><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\"><strong>Sistema de trabalho &eacute; adotado pelas empresas como forma de garantir reten&ccedil;&atilde;o e oferecer mais qualidade de vida aos funcion&aacute;rios. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">Pesquisa elaborada pela Hays Recruiting mostra que 31,2% das empresas j&aacute; adotam o sistema de home office.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">Dentre as principais raz&otilde;es apontadas pelas companhias, a preocupa&ccedil;&atilde;o em garantir a reten&ccedil;&atilde;o de talentos e oferecer melhor qualidade de vida aos funcion&aacute;rios apareceu em 72,7% das respostas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">Na sequ&ecirc;ncia est&atilde;o solu&ccedil;&otilde;es para limita&ccedil;&atilde;o f&iacute;sica (60,3%) e pelo alcance de metas de sustentabilidade (19,8%).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">A pesquisa aponta que 69,3% das empresas consideram os resultados entregues pelos adeptos dessa modalidade semelhantes aos dos que ficam sediados na empresa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">Essa nova tend&ecirc;ncia j&aacute; &eacute; percebida em setores de servi&ccedil;os (22,9%), bens de consumo (13,7%), farmac&ecirc;utico (9,7%) e telecomunica&ccedil;&otilde;es (5,7%).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">&quot;<em>&Eacute; uma tend&ecirc;ncia do mercado nacional que tamb&eacute;m pode ser oferecida ao profissional como forma de benef&iacute;cio<\/em>&quot;, afirma Andr&eacute; Magro, gerente da Hays Human Resources em S&atilde;o Paulo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">O gerente ainda explica que &eacute; preciso apresentar alto n&iacute;vel de concentra&ccedil;&atilde;o para que o trabalho n&atilde;o seja prejudicado. As empresas multinacionais, por j&aacute; possu&iacute;rem essa cultura, demonstram maior aceita&ccedil;&atilde;o em adotar o modelo de home office.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> \t<span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span class=\"mainText\">&quot;<em>&Aacute;reas que n&atilde;o t&ecirc;m depend&ecirc;ncia com outros setores de neg&oacute;cio da empresa conseguem atuar melhor fora do escrit&oacute;rio, como &eacute; o caso dos profissionais de venda.
