Pode parecer roteiro de filme de a&ccedil;&atilde;o, daqueles dignos de James Bond, mas &eacute; vida real. O disfarce &eacute; apenas um dos expedientes usados pela equipe de 160 funcion&aacute;rios da Intelig&ecirc;ncia da Receita Federal, que, em 85 miss&otilde;es realizadas em todo o pa&iacute;s, de 2008 at&eacute; o ano passado, recuperou R$ 20 bilh&otilde;es em tributos sonegados.<\/p>\n<p> \tPela primeira vez desde que foi fundada, h&aacute; exatos 12 anos, a coordena&ccedil;&atilde;o de pesquisa e investiga&ccedil;&atilde;o da Receita revela como monta as grandes opera&ccedil;&otilde;es que ganham as manchetes do pa&iacute;s, detalhando alguns golpes recorrentes aplicados por sonegadores, fraudadores de impostos e contrabandistas. Esses funcion&aacute;rios, no dia a dia, evitam a m&iacute;dia como podem, desconversam sobre novas opera&ccedil;&otilde;es e detestam falar ao telefone. T&ecirc;m todas as cismas dos espi&otilde;es.<\/p>\n<p> \tEsse grupo restrito de funcion&aacute;rios especializados, que em nada se parece com o resto da burocracia do servi&ccedil;o p&uacute;blico, precisa usar a criatividade para n&atilde;o perder o rastro dos suspeitos. Seguem o notici&aacute;rio com lupa atr&aacute;s de sinais externos de enriquecimento, frequentam restaurantes e outros estabelecimentos usados por seus alvos para chegar ao resto da cadeia.<\/p>\n<p> \tPor quest&atilde;o de seguran&ccedil;a, detalhes ou rotas n&atilde;o podem ser revelados para n&atilde;o comprometer as investiga&ccedil;&otilde;es em curso. Mas o fato &eacute; que um punhado desses agentes teve de fazer at&eacute; curso de artes c&ecirc;nicas para tornar veross&iacute;mil os v&aacute;rios disfarces que utilizam na ca&ccedil;a aos sonegadores.
