Quem pensava que poderia haver duas contabilidades, agora tem que se adaptar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Com a cria&ccedil;&atilde;o dos Speds, Cont&aacute;bil, Fiscal, Contribui&ccedil;&otilde;es, Nfe, entre outros controles fiscais, o empres&aacute;rio se v&ecirc; obrigado a fugir de certas pr&aacute;ticas m&aacute;gicas para melhorar seu resultado. Hoje &eacute; tudo amarrado. E ai daquele que n&atilde;o se adaptar!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Mas olhando para o lado bom, a contabilidade, como nunca, vai ter que ser elaborada dentro dos padr&otilde;es internacionais, e o profissional de contabilidade tamb&eacute;m n&atilde;o vai mais ficar ouvindo o empres&aacute;rio achar que ele &eacute; o salvador da p&aacute;tria inventando maracutais para pagar menos tributos. Agora ainda se faz mais necess&aacute;rio a elabora&ccedil;&atilde;o de Planejamento Tribut&aacute;rio bem feito e acompanhado, pois sempre h&aacute; uma maneira, dentro da lei, para abrandar a carga tribut&aacute;ria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Alguns requisitos citados a seguir para abrandar a carga tribut&aacute;ria.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>Pagar certo<\/strong>: Tem gente que pensa que para pagar certo tem que pagar mais tributos. Engano! Pois, atrav&eacute;s de um bom controle das opera&ccedil;&otilde;es, um cadastro bem feito dos produtos e mercadorias, dentro da correta NCM. Pode sim pagar menos tributos e muito bem protegido pela legisla&ccedil;&atilde;o.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>Treinamento<\/strong>: Todos os dias, todas as horas, em algum lugar est&aacute; sendo criada ou modificada uma lei tribut&aacute;ria, seja ela, federal, estadual ou municipal, ou ainda uma contribui&ccedil;&atilde;o ou taxa, que venha a influenciar nas obriga&ccedil;&otilde;es tribut&aacute;rias da empresa. Por essas raz&otilde;es o profissional tem que estar constantemente estudando e e interpretando a legisla&ccedil;&atilde;o.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>Um Bom Sistema ERP<\/strong>: N&atilde;o d&aacute; mais para ficar dando aten&ccedil;&atilde;o a v&aacute;rios fornecedores de sistemas. Com a amarra&ccedil;&atilde;o citada acima, a empresa deve ter um bom Sistema ERP onde concentre todas as opera&ccedil;&otilde;es em um &uacute;nico banco de dados. Nada de fazer o Fiscal num, a contabilidade noutro, financeiro noutro, o Imobilizado noutro, os Estoque, e assim por diante. Como tudo &eacute; amarrado &eacute; melhor ter um &uacute;nico sistema que fa&ccedil;a tudo. Assim fica mais f&aacute;cil de administrar as opera&ccedil;&otilde;es.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong>Uma Controladoria:<\/strong> A Controladoria &eacute; a Contabilidade infiltrada em todos os departamentos da empresa, administrando in loco as opera&ccedil;&otilde;es. Desta forma ela consegue executar o Planejamento Tribut&aacute;rio na sua origem, com tempo necess&aacute;rio para ajustar as opera&ccedil;&otilde;es na origem, substituindo, se necess&aacute;rio, documentos com erros de tributos, antes do seu registro efetivo. Cada gestor dentro da sua categoria, deve obter as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es neces&aacute;rias para sua gest&atilde;o.
