O Congresso teve como tema principal a \u201cIntegra\u00e7\u00e3o dos Controles, Efici\u00eancia e a Efic\u00e1cia no Gasto P\u00fablico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O encontro foi patrocinado pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Membros dos Tribunais de Contas do Brasil (Atricon), Instituto Rui Barbosa (IRB), Col\u00e9gio de Corregedores dos Tribunais de Contas (CCOR), Promoex e pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Paran\u00e1, re\u00fane membros e t\u00e9cnicos das Cortes de Contas do Pa\u00eds e teve por objetiva integr\u00e1-las para que possam modernizar suas a\u00e7\u00f5es e procedimentos de controle tornando-as mais efetivas em benef\u00edcio da sociedade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No evento apresentamos o tema &#8220;<strong>Sistema P\u00fablico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital (Sped)<\/strong>&#8220;, que teve sua transcri\u00e7\u00e3o inclu\u00edda nos Anais do evento. <a href=\"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/2009-XXV-ATRICON_Alexandre-Alcantara.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acesse aqui<\/a> (confira a p\u00e1gina 75 e seguintes)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trecho<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Nos vamos falar, hoje, sobre o impacto, no Sistema Publico de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital (SPED) na atividade dos Tribunais de Contas. O SPED, ele j\u00e1 est\u00e1 totalmente conformado, ele j\u00e1 est\u00e1 totalmente em vigor em nosso pa\u00eds, mas, pelo que n\u00f3s temos pesquisado, ainda n\u00e3o esta bastante difundido entre os Tribunais de Contas. E esses Tribunais de Contas podem utilizar o SPED como uma excelente ferramenta de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho no que diz respeito a recurso, tempo, qualidade e seguran\u00e7a das informa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o tratadas para fazer o controle.
