\tO senador Aloysio Nunes Ferreira (PSDB-SP) apresentou nesta terça-feira parecer favorável a um projeto que prevê a digitalização e armazenamento em meio magnético de documentos.<\/p>\n

\tPelo texto, a cópia digital terá o mesmo valor jurídico do que o original, que poderá ser destruído antes mesmo de transcorridos os prazos prescricionais sem qualquer perda de valor. A inovação se virar lei, poderia ser utilizada pela iniciativa privada e pelo serviço público.<\/p>\n

\tNo parecer apresentado na Comissão de Ciência e Tecnologia (CCT) Nunes Ferreira disse que o projeto, se aprovado, vai reduzir ainda mais a "utilização de papel em favor das novas tecnologias". "A eliminação de toneladas de papel certamente se traduzirá em expressivas reduções de custos para as empresas brasileiras e em benefícios para o meio ambiente", afirmou.<\/p>\n

\tO tucano não propôs qualquer alteração ao projeto aprovado pela Câmara dos Deputados, que foi apresentado originalmente pela deputada Ângela Guadagnin (PT-SP). Dessa forma, o texto manteve a exigência de que a digitalização do documento original passe por uma certificação digital emitida pela Chaves Públicas Brasileira (ICP-Brasil), instituída por uma medida provisória de 2001. A proposta também cria salvaguardas para se armazenar documentos de valor histórico.<\/p>\n

\tA matéria, entretanto, não está na pauta da comissão, que realiza esta semana uma audiência pública com o ministro da Ciência e Tecnologia, Marco Antonio Raupp, sobre as ações da pasta para 2012. Se aprovada na comissão de Tecnologia, a matéria tem que passar depois pela Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ). Se não houver recurso de algum senador, o projeto seguirá para sanção presidencial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
