Funciona assim:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Voc\u00ea reclama na sua institui\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>Ela avalia o caso e, se entender que faz parte do MED, o recebedor do seu Pix ter\u00e1 os recursos bloqueados da conta;<\/li>\n<li>O caso \u00e9 analisado em at\u00e9 7 dias. Se conclu\u00edrem que n\u00e3o foi fraude, o recebedor ter\u00e1 os recursos desbloqueados. Se for fraude, em at\u00e9 96 horas voc\u00ea receber\u00e1 o dinheiro de volta (integral ou parcialmente).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O MED tamb\u00e9m pode ser utilizado quando existir falha operacional no ambiente Pix da sua institui\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo, ela efetuar uma transa\u00e7\u00e3o em duplicidade.
