Esta atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o visa esclarecer 61 d\u00favidas frequentes apresentadas por contribuintes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 tributa\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos obtidos no exterior por meio de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, empresas<em>\u00a0offshore<\/em>\u00a0e\u00a0<em>trusts<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m de responder \u00e0s perguntas dos contribuintes, o documento tamb\u00e9m detalha os procedimentos que devem ser seguidos por aqueles que desejam aderir \u00e0 atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do valor de seus bens e direitos no exterior, com pagamento de imposto de renda de 8%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O prazo para ades\u00e3o a essa atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o encerra-se em 31 de maio de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para aderir ao programa, os contribuintes devem preencher o formul\u00e1rio on-line dispon\u00edvel no aplicativo de Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Bens e Direitos no Exterior (ABEX).
