\t\"\"Por meio da Resolução nº 13\/2012, foi estabelecida a alíquota de ICMS de 4% para as operações interestaduais com bens e mercadorias que tenham sido importados do exterior.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tA aplicação da alíquota unificada de 4%, que objetiva por fim ao que tem sido chamada de “A guerra dos portos”, está condicionada a que os bens e mercadorias importados, após o seu desembaraço, não tenham sido submetidos a processo de industrialização, ou, se submetidos, resultem em mercadorias ou bens com conteúdo de importação superior a 40%, salvo nos casos de:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\t\ta) bens e mercadorias importados que não tenham similar nacional, que devem ser definidos pela Camex;<\/p>\n

\t\tb) bens produzidos em conformidade com os processos produtivos básicos de que tratam o Decreto-Lei nº 288\/1967, e as Leis nºs 8.248\/1991, 8.387\/1991, 10.176\/2001 e 11.484\/2007.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\tPor fim, foram excluídas da aplicação da alíquota unificada as operações que destinem gás natural importado do exterior a outros Estados.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tAs novas determinações entrarão em vigor a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
