\tCom dificuldade de contratar, remuneração pode chegar a R$ 4 mil para universitários.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tSão 40% menos auditores do que o necessário, ou seja, das cinco mil vagas necessárias, o país supre apenas três mil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\tComo resultado, a remuneração inicial para o cargo de auditor externo de R$ 1,5 mil pode chegar até R$ 4 mil para universitários.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tA estimativa é da KSI Brasil, empresa de auditoria e consultoria com foco nas pequenas e médias empresas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tNa avaliação de Ismael Martinez, sócio-diretor da KSI Brasil, a escassez de profissionais na área deve-se ao aumento da procura por serviços contábeis pelas empresas e a baixa procura dos jovens pela carreira de contabilidade.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tDesde 2010, todas as grandes empresas são obrigadas a adequarem seus balanços contábeis à IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\t <\/p>\n

\t"As pequenas e médias acabam fazendo o mesmo para melhorarem sua imagem no mercado, pois é por meio do balanço patrimonial da empresa que o mercado tem uma leitura da sua situação", afirma Martinez.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
