\t\"ICMSApós 15 anos e 153 alterações a Bahia aposenta o RICMS de 1997 através da publicação do seu novo Regulamento do ICMS, aprovado pelo Decreto nº 13.780\/2012, publicado no D.O.E de 17 e 18\/03\/2012.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tO novo RICMS entra em vigor a partir de 01 de abril de 2012.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\tO novo regulamento vem bem mais enxuto que a versão atual. Foram retirados todos os artigos que eram mera repetição do constante na Lei do ICMS (Lei nº 7.014\/96). Outra novidade é a redução para apenas 02 (dois) Anexos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
