Essa &eacute; uma das principais novidades anunciadas pela Receita para esse ano.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\">A entrega da declara&ccedil;&atilde;o s&oacute; poder&aacute; ser feita a partir das 8 horas do dia 1&ordm; de mar&ccedil;o, e at&eacute; &agrave;s 23h59 de 30 de abril, no s&iacute;tio da Receita Federal na Internet mediante a utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o do programa de transmiss&atilde;o Receitanet, ou em disquetes nas ag&ecirc;ncias do Banco do Brasil ou da Caixa Econ&ocirc;mica Federal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\"><b>Outras novidades<\/b> &ndash; A primeira &eacute; que ser&atilde;o aceitas, para abatimento na declara&ccedil;&atilde;o, as doa&ccedil;&otilde;es feitas entre 1&ordm; de janeiro e 30 de abril de 2012 enquadradas no Estatuto da Crian&ccedil;a e do Adolescente &#8211; ECA. O valor doado por cada contribuinte poder&aacute; ser de at&eacute; 3% do imposto devido, observado o limite global de 6% do valor total do imposto devido para as dedu&ccedil;&otilde;es de incentivo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\">A segunda novidade &eacute; que a pessoa f&iacute;sica com renda superior a R$ 10 milh&otilde;es ter&aacute; que utilizar certificado digital para a apresenta&ccedil;&atilde;o da declara&ccedil;&atilde;o. No ano passado 170 contribuintes se enquadraram nesse total de rendimentos, e a utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o do certificado digital aos poucos ir&aacute; sendo disponibilizada para um universo maior de contribuintes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\"><b>Expectativa<\/b> &ndash; A expectativa da Receita Federal &eacute; que o n&uacute;mero de declara&ccedil;&otilde;es este ano atinja 25 milh&otilde;es, superando portanto as 24,3 milh&otilde;es do exerc&iacute;cio 2011, ano-calend&aacute;rio 2010.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\"><b>Reajustes<\/b> &ndash; A Receita utilizou o &iacute;ndice de 4,5% determinado pela legisla&ccedil;&atilde;o para reajustar os valores das declara&ccedil;&otilde;es este ano.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\">Com base no reajuste, s&oacute; estar&aacute; obrigada a apresentar a DIRPF 2012 a pessoa f&iacute;sica que recebeu no ano-calend&aacute;rio 2011 rendimentos tribut&aacute;veis com soma superior a R$ 23.499,15, ou que recebeu rendimentos isentos, n&atilde;o tribut&aacute;veis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"line-height: 20px\"><b>Multa<\/b> &ndash; O contribuinte que n&atilde;o entregar a declara&ccedil;&atilde;o no prazo ficar&aacute; sujeito &agrave; multa de 1% ao m&ecirc;s-calend&aacute;rio ou fra&ccedil;&atilde;o de atraso, calculada sobre o total do imposto devido.
