A ferramenta, chamada de \u201c<strong>Tax AI Assistant<\/strong>\u201d, dispon\u00edvel para todos os 2.300 profissionais fiscais da PwC UK, ele atuar\u00e1 como assistente de IA, gerando conte\u00fado fiscal como parte da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os aos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com detalhes divulgados pela PwC UK:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>A ferramenta assistente de IA fiscal faz refer\u00eancias cruzadas e foi treinada em jurisprud\u00eancia, legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e outras fontes subjacentes, juntamente com o pr\u00f3prio IP da PwC UK, com os dados sendo atualizados regularmente para refletir mudan\u00e7as e atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es nas regras fiscais.\u00a0Como resultado, o modelo gera qualidade e precis\u00e3o significativamente maiores no dom\u00ednio fiscal quando comparado aos Grandes Modelos de Linguagem (LLMs) dispon\u00edveis publicamente e fornece refer\u00eancias aos dados subjacentes, permitindo uma valida\u00e7\u00e3o transparente e precisa por profissionais fiscais.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A ferramenta foi constru\u00edda com base na experi\u00eancia fiscal propriet\u00e1ria da PwC UK com a tecnologia subjacente desenvolvida por Harvey e OpenAI. De acordo com a PwC no desenvolvimento foram combinadas compet\u00eancias fiscais e tecnol\u00f3gicas l\u00edderes de mercado para criar um &#8220;ativo de IA \u00fanico que transforma conhecimento em resultados&#8221; para os seus clientes, e fornecer\u00e1 aos seu pessoal a &#8220;capacidade de fornecer insights aprimorados, transpar\u00eancia e qualidade aos clientes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Sem d\u00favida uma ideia que ser\u00e1 copiada pelos demais players de auditoria, mas deve ser adotada tamb\u00e9m pelos mais &#8220;antenados&#8221; escrit\u00f3rios de contabilidade e de advocacia do Brasil, considerando o nosso emaranhado de normas tribut\u00e1rias, auxiliando na defini\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias de compliance,<\/p>\n<p>Entretanto, na \u00e1rea tribut\u00e1ria existe ainda a possibilidade das <span class=\"sigijh_hlt\"><strong>administra\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0usarem suas pr\u00f3prias bases de dados de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, hist\u00f3ricos de autua\u00e7\u00f5es, jurisprud\u00eancias, base de dados do SPED (livros cont\u00e1beis, fiscais e documentos digitais) para mapear ind\u00edcios de fraudes de natureza tribut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Um recente uso de IA no \u00e2mbito tribut\u00e1rio foi o modelo construido pelo Auditor-Fiscal Ricardo Costa Pinto (Goi\u00e1s).
