Na \u00e1rea cont\u00e1bil, as empresas de auditoria independente est\u00e3o entre as que mais noticiam e relatam como a IA foi incorporada em seus processos de revis\u00e3o das demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es cont\u00e1beis.<\/p>\n<p>Ao comentar sobre como a IA est\u00e1 transformando a auditoria, a Thomson Reuters [1] assim exp\u00f4s<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>No passado, os auditores dependiam fortemente de processos manuais para descobrir riscos em demonstra\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e opera\u00e7\u00f5es de neg\u00f3cios. Embora essa abordagem tenha sido um tanto eficaz, ela \u00e9 certamente demorada e suscet\u00edvel a erros humanos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>O advento da IA est\u00e1 trazendo uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o na auditoria, permitindo que as empresas aproveitem a an\u00e1lise de dados e o aprendizado de m\u00e1quina para melhorar a efici\u00eancia, precis\u00e3o e rentabilidade.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Como?<\/em><\/strong><em> Algoritmos de IA podem analisar rapidamente grandes conjuntos de dados e detectar padr\u00f5es, anomalias e riscos potenciais com uma velocidade sem precedentes. Isso permite que os auditores desloquem a aten\u00e7\u00e3o para trabalhos mais complexos e estrat\u00e9gicos, como interpretar resultados e oferecer insights baseados em experi\u00eancia para os clientes.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ao ser &#8220;provocado&#8221; sobre quais s\u00e3o os tipos de IA existentes, o ChatGPT (vers\u00e3o 4) assim sistematizou a resposta, apresentando alguns exemplos:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Os principais tipos de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial (IA) podem ser categorizados de v\u00e1rias formas, mas a mais comum \u00e9 baseada em funcionalidades e capacidades. Aqui est\u00e3o os tipos principais:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><em>IA Fraca (ou Estreita)<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><em>: Projetada para executar uma tarefa espec\u00edfica ou um conjunto limitado de tarefas.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Exemplos<\/em><\/strong><em>: Assistente virtual como Siri ou Alexa, sistemas de recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o como os usados por Netflix ou Amazon, e motores de busca como o Google.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>IA Forte (ou Geral)<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><em>: Teoricamente, uma IA que possui a capacidade de entender, aprender e aplicar seu conhecimento em uma variedade de tarefas, similar \u00e0 intelig\u00eancia humana.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Exemplos<\/em><\/strong><em>: At\u00e9 o momento, a IA forte \u00e9 mais um objetivo te\u00f3rico do que uma realidade. N\u00e3o existem exemplos verdadeiros de IA forte <\/em>atualmente<em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>IA de Aprendizado de M\u00e1quina (Machine Learning, ML)<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><em>: Usa algoritmos para analisar e aprender a partir de dados, melhorando suas habilidades com o tempo.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Exemplos<\/em><\/strong><em>: Sistemas de previs\u00e3o do tempo, an\u00e1lise de tend\u00eancias do mercado de <\/em>a\u00e7\u00f5es<em>, e diagn\u00f3sticos m\u00e9dicos autom\u00e1ticos.\/<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>IA de Processamento de Linguagem Natural (PLN)<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><em>: Capacidade de compreender, interpretar e gerar linguagem humana.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Exemplos<\/em><\/strong><em>: Tradutores autom\u00e1ticos como o Google Translate, <\/em>ferramentas<em> de transcri\u00e7\u00e3o de voz para texto, e chatbots.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>IA de Aprendizado Profundo (Deep Learning)<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><em>: Um subconjunto do aprendizado de m\u00e1quina que utiliza redes neurais artificiais com v\u00e1rias camadas (deep neural networks).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Exemplos<\/em><\/strong><em>: Reconhecimento facial, assistentes de voz avan\u00e7ados, e carros <\/em>aut\u00f4nomos<em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>IA de Vis\u00e3o Computacional<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><em>: Permite que m\u00e1quinas &#8220;vejam&#8221; e interpretem o ambiente ao seu redor, usando c\u00e2meras, dados e algoritmos.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Exemplos<\/em><\/strong><em>: Sistemas de vigil\u00e2ncia inteligente, an\u00e1lise de imagens m\u00e9dicas, e reconhecimento de objetos em ve\u00edculos aut\u00f4nomos.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Estas categorias n\u00e3o s\u00e3o mutuamente exclusivas e frequentemente se sobrep\u00f5em. Por exemplo, um sistema de carros aut\u00f4nomos pode usar tanto a vis\u00e3o computacional quanto algoritmos de aprendizado de m\u00e1quina para operar de forma eficaz.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ao olhar esta lista gerada pelo ChatGPT lembramos rapidamente do trabalho da Secretaria da Economia de Goi\u00e1s, quando o\u00a0 Auditor Fiscal \u00a0<strong>Ricardo Costa Pinto<\/strong> , Delegado Regional de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Luzi\u00e2nia (Goi\u00e1s), que desenvolveu um ambiente de Aprendizagem de M\u00e1quina (<em>Machine Learning<\/em>) para identificar &#8220;empresas laranjas&#8221;, criadas com o fim espec\u00edfico de fraudar o er\u00e1rio p\u00fablico, atrav\u00e9s das mais variadas estrat\u00e9gias criminosas. Ricardo \u00e9 graduado em Ci\u00eancia da Computa\u00e7\u00e3o pela UFBA \u2013 Universidade Federal da Bahia com MBA em Data Science e Analytics pela USP\/ESALQ e Cientista de Dados (UFBA).<\/p>\n<p>O caso de Goi\u00e1s foi amplamente detalhado e discutido no workshop \u201c<strong>Intelig\u00eancia Artificial a Servi\u00e7o do Fisco\u201d [2]<\/strong>, realizado em outubro\/2023 pela Escola de Gest\u00e3o Fazend\u00e1ria Ant\u00f4nio Prop\u00edcio de Aguiar Franco (EGEFAZ) da Secretaria da Fazenda do Tocantins, contando com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de auditores fiscais das Secretarias de Fazenda de Estados, Munic\u00edpios, Receita Federal e representantes do MPF.<\/p>\n<p>Na palestra <strong>Ricardo Costa Pinto<\/strong> abordou sobre o modelo de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial que ele desenvolveu para identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas fantasmas, sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e os resultados obtidos na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos contribuintes localizados no Entorno Sul do Distrito Federal, discorrendo ainda sobre modelos de intelig\u00eancia artificial generativa, machine learning (aprendizagem de m\u00e1quina), os desafios das Administra\u00e7\u00f5es Tribut\u00e1rias e os benef\u00edcios sobre a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de novas ferramentas de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial voltados para a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Na sequ\u00eancia da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o eu tive a oportunidade de falar sobre a import\u00e2ncia de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos de Intelig\u00eancia Artificial focadas em auditoria cont\u00e1bil tribut\u00e1ria, as quais podem ser aplicadas para identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas com poss\u00edvel envolvimento em fraudes cont\u00e1beis, considerando importantes vari\u00e1veis j\u00e1 dispon\u00edveis nas bases de dados das administra\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[1] Thomson Reuters: <strong>&#8220;Sua empresa est\u00e1 acompanhando o ritmo?
