O relat\u00f3rio foi chamado de \u201cNavigating a Technology Risk-Filled Horizon\u201d, em uma tradu\u00e7\u00e3o literal: <strong>Navegando em um Horizonte cheio de riscos tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O relat\u00f3rio &#8220;funciona tanto como um espelho quanto como um roteiro.
