\tO armazenamento atual é feito de forma arcaica, guardando uma via de cada Nota Fiscal em armários, estantes, fichários, salas especias, etc. Com a NF-e não há mais a necessidade disso, pois as informações estarão em meio eletrônico.<\/p>\n

\tPara armazenar uma NF-e, é necessário antes enviá-la para a SEFAZ. É preciso montar um arquivo formato XML com os dados da Nota, devidamente assinado com o certificado digital da empresa. Esse arquivo enviado para a SEFAZ pode ser mantido na empresa em um computador qualquer, salvo manualmente ou com o auxílio de algum programa gerenciador de arquivos.<\/p>\n

\tEssa forma de arquivamento deve ser feita quando o cliente utilizar para a emissão da NF-e o software gratuito da SEFAZ-SP. Mas essa não é a forma mais segura de se arquivar as informações das Notas Fiscais eletrônicas. É possível fazer backpus, gravações em CD ou DVD, mas ainda não o método de segurança mais indicado para guardar informações tão importantes.<\/p>\n

\tA forma mais segura de armazenar uma NF-e é guardá-la através de um Sistema Gerenciador de Banco de Dados (SGDB). Claro que também é necessário efetuar as cópias de segurança, mas em um SGBD a garantida das informações é feita através de um programa de computador especializado nessa operação.<\/p>\n

\tEssa forma de armazenamento dos dados se tem quando o contribuinte utiliza um sistema específico para o envio de Notas Fiscais eletrônicas. Alguns ERPs já possuem essa funcionalidade, mas também existem no mercado soluções destinadas a essa atividade. Esses sistemas efetuam toda a comunicação com a SEFAZ e com o ERP, controlando todo o fluxo do processo. Além disso, armazenam de forma segura os dados da NF-e, utilizando um banco de dados (comercial ou gratuito).<\/p>\n

\tFica a critério de cada empresa adotar qualquer uma das formas de armazenamento, o fisco não exige nada em relação à isso. Mas deixo uma dica: optém pela solução que lhe proporcionar a maior segurança e o melhor Custo X Benefício, seja em questões financeiras ou aperfeiçoamento do processo operacional.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
