O termo prop&otilde;e o uso da documenta&ccedil;&atilde;o eletr&ocirc;nica em todos os tr&acirc;mites de processos por meio da implementa&ccedil;&atilde;o do Plano Nacional de Desmaterializa&ccedil;&atilde;o de Processos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Segundo o secret&aacute;rio de Log&iacute;stica e Tecnologia da Informa&ccedil;&atilde;o do minist&eacute;rio, Delfino Natal de Souza, essa nova modalidade de gest&atilde;o de documentos ir&aacute; permitir que o gerenciamento de processos seja feita de forma totalmente eletr&ocirc;nica. &ldquo;Na pr&aacute;tica, significa o reconhecimento de um documento digital. Significa nascer, ser encaminhado e decidido sem a utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o de papel&rdquo;, explicou.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">No entanto, essa moderniza&ccedil;&atilde;o s&oacute; ocorrer&aacute; com processos novos e n&atilde;o inclui a digitaliza&ccedil;&atilde;o de documentos antigos. &ldquo;As a&ccedil;&otilde;es para a implanta&ccedil;&atilde;o do plano ser&atilde;o feitas no tr&acirc;mite de novas documenta&ccedil;&otilde;es&rdquo;.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">O acordo tem dura&ccedil;&atilde;o de tr&ecirc;s anos. O termo prev&ecirc; a cria&ccedil;&atilde;o de normas, implanta&ccedil;&atilde;o de projeto piloto e defini&ccedil;&atilde;o de padr&otilde;es, metodologias e solu&ccedil;&otilde;es tecnol&oacute;gicas para a dissemina&ccedil;&atilde;o do plano.
