Como boa parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 preparada para viver no novo ambiente tecnol\u00f3gico, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 que ocorra maior demanda por orienta\u00e7\u00f5es de profissionais especializados da \u00e1rea de contabilidade. Estes j\u00e1 come\u00e7am a se capacitar para lidar com as d\u00favidas e as dificuldades que podem surgir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Real Digital deve come\u00e7ar a vigorar ao longo de 2024. Com isso, as rotinas financeiras ter\u00e3o que ser adequadas a um novo processo de pagamentos e recebimentos. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que, no dia a dia da Contabilidade, ocorram altera\u00e7\u00f5es em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de empr\u00e9stimos, financiamentos, aplica\u00e7\u00f5es e opera\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais, como transa\u00e7\u00f5es com ativos fixos, mercadorias e negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas com fornecedores. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel haver in\u00fameras consultas relativas a quest\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias e previdenci\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUm exemplo interessante de mudan\u00e7a deve acontecer com o contrato inteligente, muito utilizado por lojas de compra e venda de ve\u00edculos e corretoras de im\u00f3veis. No caso de ve\u00edculos, o Drex ir\u00e1 permitir assinar contrato de transfer\u00eancia autom\u00e1tica e imediata de recursos financeiros ap\u00f3s o registro do documento de venda no cart\u00f3rio\u201d, diz o conselheiro do Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC) Adriano Marrocos. \u201cImagine tamb\u00e9m uma venda de im\u00f3vel que depende de um sinal, ap\u00f3s a assinatura do contrato de compra e venda, e uma segunda parcela assim que o FGTS for liberado ao comprador. Tudo poder\u00e1 ser autom\u00e1tico, sem necessidade de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o a cart\u00f3rios e a ag\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualmente, a expectativa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao lan\u00e7amento do Drex \u00e9 grande para o mercado como um todo. Segundo Adriano, a moeda digital deve contribuir ainda mais para que as pessoas deixem de guardar c\u00e9dulas na carteira e passem a transportar um\u00a0<em>token\u00a0<\/em>com um c\u00f3digo gerado pela tecnologia DLT (<em>Distributed Ledger Tecnology<\/em>), a\u00a0<em>blockchain\u00a0<\/em>mais conhecida no momento. Todo oprocesso ser\u00e1 gerido pelo banco no qual a pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica mant\u00e9m uma conta corrente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na pr\u00e1tica, ser\u00e3o disponibilizados tr\u00eas \u201ctipos\u201d de moedas: o Real Digital (Drex),\u00a0para o atacado ou interbanc\u00e1rio; o Real\/Drex Tokenizado (<em>token<\/em>),\u00a0para o varejo; e os T\u00edtulos do Tesouro Direto,\u00a0para compra e venda de t\u00edtulos p\u00fablicos federais (TPF) nos mercados prim\u00e1rio e secund\u00e1rio. \u201cAs pessoas dever\u00e3o depositar, em uma conta a ser oferecida pelo banco, a quantia que desejarem converter para sua carteira digital, na rela\u00e7\u00e3o R$1,00 para 1 Drex. Bancos,\u00a0<em>fintechs<\/em>, cooperativas, corretoras e demais institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras ir\u00e3o operar essas contas. Ent\u00e3o, a pessoa vai ao mercado, por exemplo, e paga o estabelecimento com o Drex, mediante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma senha.
