N&atilde;o tivemos nenhuma republica&ccedil;&atilde;o de balan&ccedil;o. Mas h&aacute; bastante coisa para melhorar&quot;, analisou ele durante conversa com jornalistas para balan&ccedil;o do primeiro ano de ado&ccedil;&atilde;o do IFRS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p sizcache=\"3\" sizset=\"45\" style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p sizcache=\"3\" sizset=\"45\" style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Um dos pontos destacados pelo diretor da CVM est&aacute; relacionado &agrave; maneira como as empresas esclarecem as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es na demonstra&ccedil;&atilde;o financeira. &quot;Grande parte das organiza&ccedil;&otilde;es repetiu o texto da norma ao inv&eacute;s de explicar os fatores e os crit&eacute;rios utilizados&quot;, ressaltou ele. Lopes disse que a CVM n&atilde;o est&aacute; preocupada com o tamanho das notas explicativas, mas quanto &agrave; qualidade das informa&ccedil;&otilde;es.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">&quot;H&aacute; 50 of&iacute;cios de quest&otilde;es relevantes de explica&ccedil;&otilde;es relacionadas &agrave; contabilidade e que trazem conte&uacute;do das notas explicativas&quot;, informou.
