{"id":11563,"date":"2023-11-15T00:05:46","date_gmt":"2023-11-15T00:05:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/?p=11563"},"modified":"2023-11-15T03:34:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T03:34:00","slug":"relatorio-anual-da-sec-cita-companhia-brasileira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alcantara.pro.br\/portal\/2023\/11\/15\/relatorio-anual-da-sec-cita-companhia-brasileira\/","title":{"rendered":"Relat\u00f3rio anual da SEC cita companhia brasileira"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) anunciou ontem, 14\/1, os resultados de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para o ano fiscal de 2023, informando que foi dado entrada em 784 a\u00e7\u00f5es de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando em quase US$ 5 bilh\u00f5es em solu\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e distribuiu quase US$ 1 bilh\u00e3o a investidores prejudicados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m disso, a SEC obteve senten\u00e7as de tribunais federais, e nesta parte cita o caso de uma companhia brasileira, a Vale, relacionado aos casos de rompimento de barragens.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>A Vale SA, uma mineradora e uma das maiores produtoras de min\u00e9rio de ferro do mundo, pagar\u00e1 US$ 55,9 milh\u00f5es combinados em multa civil, restitui\u00e7\u00e3o e juros pr\u00e9-julgamento para resolver acusa\u00e7\u00f5es por divulga\u00e7\u00f5es supostamente falsas e enganosas sobre a seguran\u00e7a de suas barragens antes de um colapso que matou 270 pessoas.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Fonte: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/news\/press-release\/2023-234\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SEC | 14.11.2023<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Nota para o caso Vale no Brasil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Brasil, o Processo Sancionador na CVM, sob n\u00ba 19957.007916\/2019-38, contra a Vale ainda n\u00e3o foi conclu\u00eddo.
