A grande maioria das empresas que visito, mesmo as que j&aacute; recebem de seus fornecedores a maior parte das notas fiscais em formato eletr&ocirc;nico, ainda iniciam o processamento da entrada da mercadoria no momento em que esta chega &agrave; sua portaria. Ainda pior, recebem as mercadorias com base nas informa&ccedil;&otilde;es da DANFE, como se esta fosse o documento fiscal que ampara a opera&ccedil;&atilde;o que est&aacute; sendo realizada, simplesmente ignorando as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es contidas na NF-e (XML). Veja abaixo o que voc&ecirc; j&aacute; pode fazer no momento em que recebe o XML da nota fiscal eletr&ocirc;nica de um dos seus fornecedores, muito antes da chegada da mercadoria:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"font-size-3\"><strong>Identifique os pedidos de compra que dever&atilde;o ser comparados com a nota fiscal emitida pelo seu fornecedor.&nbsp;<\/strong>Infelizmente a maior parte das empresas emissoras da nota fiscal eletr&ocirc;nica n&atilde;o preenchem os campos que permitiriam a identifica&ccedil;&atilde;o autom&aacute;tica do pedido de compra que deu origem &agrave; opera&ccedil;&atilde;o. O preenchimento destes campos permitiria que os pedidos de compra referentes a cada &iacute;tem da nota fiscal fossem facilmente e automaticamente identificados. De qualquer forma, o primeiro passo a realizar &eacute; a identifica&ccedil;&atilde;o dos pedidos de compra emitidos pela sua empresa que deram origem &agrave; emiss&atilde;o da nota fiscal pelo seu fornecedor. &Eacute; muito mais coerente fazer isto agora do que quando o caminh&atilde;o com a mercadoria estiver parado na sua portaria ou doca.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"font-size-3\"><strong>Compare os pedidos de compra com a NF-e emitida pelo seu fornecedor.&nbsp;<\/strong>Voc&ecirc; certamente j&aacute; confere a nota fiscal ou DANFE com o pedido de compra quando est&aacute; recebendo as mercadorias. Antecipe esta etapa e fa&ccedil;a esta confer&ecirc;ncia quando receber a nota fiscal eletr&ocirc;nica. &Eacute; muito melhor descobrir e solucionar eventuais problemas antes da chegada da mercadoria.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"font-size-3\"><strong>Verifique se as caracter&iacute;sticas fiscais da opera&ccedil;&atilde;o, os impostos e as al&iacute;quotas aplicadas est&atilde;o corretas.&nbsp;<\/strong>Em caso de d&uacute;vidas, voc&ecirc; tem tempo suficiente para consultar a legisla&ccedil;&atilde;o ou contatar seu provedor de consultoria fiscal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"font-size-3\"><strong>Tome as a&ccedil;&otilde;es cab&iacute;veis para corrigir os erros encontrados.&nbsp;<\/strong>N&atilde;o encontrou um pedido de compra? O pedido n&atilde;o confere com a nota fiscal emitida pelo fornecedor? Os impostos ou al&iacute;quotas aplicados pelo fornecedor n&atilde;o s&atilde;o os esperados? Tome imediatamente as a&ccedil;&otilde;es apropriadas. Ganhe tempo. Fa&ccedil;a antes aquilo que voc&ecirc; hoje faz quando a mercadoria j&aacute; chegou. Desta forma voc&ecirc; vai reduzir o tempo m&eacute;dio de descarga de mercadorias.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span class=\"font-size-3\">Como voc&ecirc; pode perceber, estamos falando de atividades que de uma forma ou de outra j&aacute; s&atilde;o realizadas. A grande mudan&ccedil;a aqui &eacute; passar a utilizar as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es da NF-e e antecipar as atividades que voc&ecirc; j&aacute; realiza no momento do recebimento das mercadorias.
