Para ele, este &eacute; um dos pontos favor&aacute;veis &agrave; ado&ccedil;&atilde;o do sistema eletr&ocirc;nico. &ldquo;Com as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es atualizadas em um &uacute;nico local ser&aacute; poss&iacute;vel o acesso a todos os dados do trabalhador, facilitando o processo e exig&ecirc;ncia de v&aacute;rios documentos em papel&rdquo;. Santos destaca ainda que o SPED como um todo, em suas v&aacute;rias frentes de atua&ccedil;&atilde;o, dever&aacute; promover 95% de redu&ccedil;&atilde;o no &iacute;ndice de burocracia no Pa&iacute;s. &ldquo;Outro detalhe importante &eacute; o combate &agrave; sonega&ccedil;&atilde;o fiscal, que de forma eletr&ocirc;nica ficar&aacute; mais eficaz&rdquo;, prev&ecirc;.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Com o projeto conclu&iacute;do, o trabalho do auditor fiscal ficar&aacute; bem mais pr&aacute;tico j&aacute; que os dados estar&atilde;o concentrados em um cadastro &uacute;nico atualizado mensalmente. No entanto, o representante do CRC-SP diz que &eacute; preciso investir em m&atilde;o de obra qualificada para lidar com o sistema digital de informa&ccedil;&atilde;o. &ldquo;Esta &eacute; uma lacuna que precisa ser preenchida pelas empresas, com cursos de atualiza&ccedil;&atilde;o e forma&ccedil;&atilde;o de pessoal. A figura do contador de 30 anos atr&aacute;s precisa ser revista e modernizada na estrutura organizacional&rdquo;, conclui.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t\t\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"> \t\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Para Pedro de Melo Gerente de Produto &ndash; Sispro RHda Sispro &ndash; Servi&ccedil;os e Tecnologia para Administra&ccedil;&atilde;o e Finan&ccedil;as, o novo modelo de documenta&ccedil;&atilde;o da folha de pagamentos trar&aacute; enormes vantagens para a gest&atilde;o das empresas e ao modo como as informa&ccedil;&otilde;es sobre os trabalhadores s&atilde;o tratadas pelos &oacute;rg&atilde;os p&uacute;blicos, com particular destaque para a Previd&ecirc;ncia Social e os servi&ccedil;os de sa&uacute;de, como o SUS. &ldquo;Com a unifica&ccedil;&atilde;o e centraliza&ccedil;&atilde;o fica mais f&aacute;cil a gest&atilde;o das informa&ccedil;&otilde;es sobre a vida do trabalhador em v&aacute;rias &aacute;reas, como a previd&ecirc;ncia, seguro social, servi&ccedil;os p&uacute;blicos de sa&uacute;de, fundo de garantia, entre outras.
