\t\tA nona edição apresenta-se ampliada com a inclusão de novos tipos de perícia e atualizada em decorrência das novas jurisprudências, e do efeito da semântica sobre os conceitos e significados dos vocábulos jurídicos contábeis anteriores, e de novas posições doutrinárias complementares que surgiram com a reforma da Lei 6.404\/76.<\/p>\n

\t\tEm decorrência dos estudos da contabilidade contemporânea com tendência à vanguarda, privilegiada e especial atenção foram dirigidas às perícias que envolvem: perdas, danos e lucros cessantes, e na extensão e profundidade da mensuração de ativos intangíveis como o fundo de comércio, marcas e direitos autorais.
